SpringHill Suites by Marriott Nashville Downtown/Convention Center

We were locked out of our room all day Sunday. When I went to the front desk they sent a note to maintenance, we waited another 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. I went back down to the lobby for the 4th time and maintenance finally showed up. We were late for our dinner appointment and I had to make multiple trips up and down the stairs just to get in our room! Needless to say I was not happy with how that situation was handled especially considering the amount of money we spent on the room.

Everything was amazing! The location, the hotel rooms were nice and spacious.

Ran out of towels at the pool. It took about 2 hrs to replenish the towels. Lucky we had beach towels in our luggage.

Will not book that hotel again.

The place overall was really good. Staff very helpful and nice. We booked the place for the pool which we didn't get to use. we were dissatisfied about that.

Exceptional

Everything was superb, can’t fault anything. Fantastic location just a 10 minute walk from the strip, incredible facilities and a spacious, clean and comfy room. Would highly reccomend staying here was 100% worth the money. Nothing

3 out of our 4 days the pool was not accessible and there was not effort of compensation. We booked the hotel based on having a pool to relax at during our stay, so that was disappointing. The staff whatsoever was very nice and had nothing to do with the unfortunate situation. The location is great and the rooftop bar has an amazing view.

Very clean. Easy to park and then walk to broadway. The pool wasn’t open at all the entire time we were there. We were told it would be but it didn’t open. That really sucked as it was super hot! You pay a premium price for good hotels, so you should be able to use all the facilities. They didn’t reduce the price either due to their facilities not being available. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

The continental breakfast was great and it had many varieties. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. It was only about a 10min walk to Broadway. I will most definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel, convenient to Broadway, the pool was clean and refreshing with perfect water temperature. The staff was lovely and the food was delicious. My only complaint was the Valet service… I called to get car service to the airport and the woman told me “no we don’t do that” and hung up the phone on me. I tried to call back but she did not answer. Please speak to your valet line and ask that they be more respectful and helpful. Otherwise a beautiful hotel!!

We had such a great time! Everything was wonderful. Just a word of advice get to the pool early if you want a lounge chair. Thank God we did! The only comment I would have is the pool area would have been a better time if they had someone coming around to take drink orders but bartenders were great!

Great location! Clean and newer property reasonably priced!

The staff were so nice and very helpful.
