Everything was very clean and breakfast was great.

Hotel was in a great location only a couple blocks to broadway and easy walk to Nissan Stadium. Super clean, great breakfast and pool. It was nice to have two beds and the sofa sleeper. Highly recommend!

The girl at the front desk went above and beyond to be helpful in a stressful layover!!! Driver was also friendly and helpful!!

We got upgraded to a nice suite. We arrived around 2pm. Waited till 4 to check in but then was told multiple times our room wasn't ready yet so we had to keep getting in line. We eventually got upgraded to a beautiful suite.

Room was spacious and very well maintained. Gorgeous views, great location, and the entire hotel smelled clean and was decorated very lovely. The rooftop bar had stunning views, great singer, and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was so so but was free so not a big deal. Next trip to Nashville, I’ll definitely be staying there again!

The workout facility was excellent with lots of equipment and weights. Location was great and near lots of restaurants and entertainment. Breakfast had lots of choices with a coffee bar. The security to get into the building and to your floor was comforting to know safety was a priority. Overall, it was a great experience. The front desk was located on the 6th floor which was odd. The price of the overnight parking was absolutely ridiculous since we were staying there and did not have an option.

I found most of the front desk staff to have no personality. The pool environment reminded me of spring break in Florida. If you are looking for a relaxing setting, this is not the place for you.

Helpful staff, room was clean and breakfast was great. Staff did a good job of refilling throughout the busy breakfast time. Didn’t use the pool but it looked great from our room view.
