Poor access, rooms were in OK condition
-
The beds were so comfortable Running out of toilet paper in our room and took 30 mins on hold to get some sent up.
-
Breakfast was served fresh, with friendly staff waiting on everyone's needs. While the hotel was located within walking distance of all attractions. Really can't provide any negative comments at this time. Our stay was comfortable, looking forward to coming back soon.

The room was clean and updated. We enjoyed the stay!

Breakfast and location were great. Pool area nice. Rooms set up a little strange, but clean Room set up

I walked town looking for any last min rooms on a Friday night, had to have a nice pool and cost less than $200. This checked both boxes and exceeded expectations. The room was great, the pool area was better than the pictures and the breakfast would have cost me $150 to feed my family at a comparable restaurant.

Close to Broadway The elevators were a nightmare especially on check out.

We were locked out of our room all day Sunday. When I went to the front desk they sent a note to maintenance, we waited another 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. I went back down to the lobby for the 4th time and maintenance finally showed up. We were late for our dinner appointment and I had to make multiple trips up and down the stairs just to get in our room! Needless to say I was not happy with how that situation was handled especially considering the amount of money we spent on the room.

Location, room size and quality, amenities, pool. Need more bartenders at pool bar.
-
Amazing experience. Proximity to all the goos stuffs. Only issue is expensive valet parking
-
Lobby on 6th floor, 3 elevators (traveled fast but occasionally had to wait a few minutes for it to arrive to our high floor, especially during busy checkout time, otherwise no complaints. Room was modern and spacious enough for a family of 4. Bathroom with good lighting and good water pressure in the shower. Decent breakfast options. Overall our stay 2 nights was pleasant. We would be back.

Didn't seem to keep pool area clean cans buckets garbage laying around when we had gone swimming one day.

There were some kind of cleaning fans in the room when I checked in. The room I got was a kind instead of the double queens I booked. Bathroom door would not hardly close.
