Great location. Nice hotel. We were there over the 4th, which was extremely busy. A lot of quirks and overly complicated hotel policies and unnecessary extra charges. $25 daily hotel charge was annoying. The only thing you're actually allowed to "spend" it on was a tiny collection of incredibly dry sandwiches, sugary yogurt or soggy salads that were mostly gine by 10am. No drinks included, unless you wanted to go to the 4th floor bar, not the main bar, you weren't allowed to spend it on food or drinks there. We had no idea when this 4th floor bar was open, other than at breakfast or hospitality hour, when the food/soda was included anyway. No alcohol allowed in this charge. Basically impossible to spend, particularly if you are a celiac or have any dietary restrictions. We were charged for both the poor food and the $25 Destination Charge on check out and had to ask to have that reimbursed. Parking was an exorbitant $70 odd a day. We parked nearby for half the price. Families should know that the pool is tiny and only 3ft deep! Only suitable for very small kids or people wanting to sit in water. Swimmers or older kids will be extremely dissapointed. Add at least $100/night to your room rate and you'll have a more accurate estimate of the cost. We're returning to Nashville, but would not stay here again.

Everything was wonderful, from the staff to the food. Clean rooms, great breakfast and happy hour. The gym was sufficient for our needs. We will return to this property in the future

The location of the property is excellent. The breakfast is wonderful.

The biggest bummer when traveling with kids was the pool closes early - however the pool space and patio was lovely. The staff was ok but they were having issues with keys not working and acted inconvenienced about having to help fix them. The hotel is pretty and not a terrible walking distance to Broadway.
-
The pool was closed when we arrived, which was disappointing; however, I was already aware of this based on other reviews. It was too late to cancel our room and switch hotels though. Our kids were very excited when it opened back up during our stay BUT it closes at 5:00 pm Thursday, Friday, & Saturday. They were VERY disappointed to get up there to find it closed after our early supper.

The room was not clean and the linens were stained. Breakfast was great. The room was very bland and depressing
-
This property is great! Close to Broadway, only negative is the rooftop pool/bar was closed for refurbishing. We still had a great stay.

Thank you.

Amazing! Great location and wonderful views of the city.

Good breakfast and food in the restaurant downstairs. Great location. Lifts are extremely slow. We were disappointed that level 30 was closed. If we’d known that, we would have booked elsewhere.
-
Location, views and free breakfast. Price- I paid over $900 for a two night stay and that was not including valet being $67 a night. Its not that sound proof and you could hear when surrounding guest shut there doors. Bathroom door.was a bit awkward to lock. The pool was very small and outside furniture on roof needed to be cleaned. I was expecting the outside pool area to have more furniture or nicer set up for the price.
-
The location, staff, rooms were nice. Our room wasn’t cooling off and we said something to the front desk and by the time we got back our room was cooled off! The pool was closed and elevators took awhile to come, which is to be expected but we waited 10 minutes one time just to go down.

Very clean Fast Valet service

Complementary breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary happy hour was a big added bonus! Rooms very clean and needed additional toiletries were supplied.

When we arrived and checked in, we noticed a sign stating the pool and upper deck/bar was closed due to maintanence. Dissapointed seeing we were planning on swimming. It was in the 80's while we were there. A pool would have been more than nice. Instead we looked out our window in our room and got to watch the people in the pool at the hotel next to ours. The location of this hotel was excellant. Everything else was very nice. Staff very nice.
