Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friends for a 21st birthday, it’s right in the middle of everything perfect location. They had a blast and they said it was very safe and really enjoyed how walkable getting down to Broadway and to some of the thrift shops that they loved shopping in!

We had a great time. The location was great. Pool and rooftop was a great add beautiful view. And especially loved breakfast

Exceptional

Location Welcoming staff was a bit rude

It was in walking distance to many things. Loved the breakfast! Rooms were cleaned each day after we came in from our evening out.

The views are awesome. Danny at the front desk went above and beyond to get us checked in conveniently. Breakfast is tasty with nice outdoor patio. Easy 2-4 block walk to most attractions. Top issue is the elevators are not suitable for the capacity. 9-11am in particular extremely long waits.

Location and facilities were awesome. LONG waits for the elevators. We were stranded on floor 12 for over 30 minutes trying to get down to check out and get our taxi.

Embassy suites treated us like family. We loved our stay here so much. We were able to get an early check in, which was so nice after a long morning of travel. Staff were so friendly! Breakfast was dynamic and delicious! We loved the happy hour with snacks provided every day. Also the bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean. We will definitely be booking again when we are back in Music City!

How big our room was . Coffee they use not good

Great location in Nashville. Parking on site, valet was quick and nice. Hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were very nice! Breakfast was extremely yummy! Would definitely stay here again when in Nashville!

We were in Nashville to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Everything about our stay was great except for check in. We arrived at the property around 3:30pm, Check in time was 4pm and we didn’t get checked in until 4:50pm because they said the room was not ready. Room was nice size with a king bed, very clean all around. Free breakfast until 9:30am was great and a money saver. They also provided us with drink vouchers to their lounge on the 4th floor. Only other thing was the noise from police, ambulance or fire vehicles. We were on the 19th floor and you would think the windows were noise proof to the outside. You heard emergency vehicle sirens all night long.

Location Not worth the price

I didn't get our desk clerk's name but she was also an excellent representative - so friendly and knowledgable. Perfect location to enjoy downtown Nashville!

I was very disappointed, especially considering the amount I paid for this room. If a room is advertised and priced as having a “city view,” I believe guests should reasonably expect to have an actual view of the city. I definitely did not feel that the room we received matched the description or the higher price I paid for it.

We have to heard back as of yet.

The hotel was terrific - except they were having issues with the elevators so took time to catch one. The manager said they were working on fixing them so if they have done that then I would 100% recommend.

Everything was fantastic I was not thrilled about the manager in the dining area (where you receive complimentary breakfast) approached me asking if I checked in with the front entry associate to provide my room number. When in fact I had already came down for breakfast, and informed I would be right back for coffee. I had no reason to steal any coffee. I had no idea who she was as she never properly introduced herself to me, she only came right out speaking at me and this was extremely disturbing. This was also discussed with the director of the dining area.

Nice hotel

Great stay. Embassy suites never disappoints whether it’s the friendly easy check in, the delicious breakfasts, the happy hour or the amenities, it’s always awesome.
