Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown

The location, staff, beautiful lobby, nice & clean rooms. That I didn't receive my adjoining rooms as I asked. I feel like once you book and pay in full those rooms should already be assigned to you. Other than that everything was great!

Location was perfect. Drinks, snacks and breakfast were great.

Most of all, I like the free breakfast to set up I love the evening snacks with the cocktail was just an added perk I wish the pool error was a little bit better in the pool was a little bit bigger but other than that, it was fine

Location, dining, room and the cleanliness Reception staff— slow to make the check-in quicker. Staff talking each other in-front longer than taking care of customers/clients.

Overall wonderful stay and convenient to the concert. We were going to get Bridgetown.. only negative was the next day at checkout it took over an hour to get my car out of valet.

Rooms are great. Just wondering why the pool chairs were not out on the sundeck. Also, why was I being charged $25 a night just because? I had to purchase food from the cooler area just so I got something for the $25 even if I didn't want anything. This was very confusing.

The rooms were clean and appealing. Parking and upon entry into the building there was a sewer odor.

Location Very rude and unhappy staff. I understand that they were busy during our stay but it still does not mean that they should be rude. You don’t get a type of service or hospitality for the amount of money you pay. Do not recommend unless you want your stay to be ruined by upset people.

The property was in a great location for our trip in Nashville. We could easily walk to the arena for our concert and Broadway was an easy walk as well. The rooms were clean and staff quickly brought more towels upon request. I would definitely stay here again!

The $50 room credit explanation was confusing to me and did not get applied to food I purchased. I had to call for correction and clarification. I like will not use the $50 credit in future stays to avoid issues.
