Thankful for Robert the service engineer that fix things immediately in our room and went above and beyond customer service for us during our stay. We were there for our daughter’s 21st birthday and called down front to ask about getting helium and balloons was told they didn’t do it and next thing I know he’s knocking on the door and he has came to pick up the balloons and get them done one of the balloons during the process popped and he replaced them with other balloons and brought a bottle of champagne up and apologize for all the things that had been going on already. He was very attentive and helpful for our entire stay. I truly think him for making our experience a good one!!!

We had a fabulous time at the JW! The staff was awesome, the facility was beautiful, the pool was a blast and overall we loved it. Would absolutely recommend!

On the first day, the check in staff was great, but did lie to us. We needed to talk to a manager the next day to get the free amenities that the check-in person told us about… After that, it was pretty smooth sailing. The pool was wonderful, but a little chilly. There is a great little restaurant/café attached. It is a bit expensive, but it was good. We did not realize that there was a tourism tax added in until being at this hotel.

Front desk went out of their way to find me Tylenol . Thr little shop was closed so I had a bad cold and they help me find some !!! Maid service was above and beyond

The staff offered a warm welcome & offered to store our luggage securely until check in time. Make sure to visit the restaurants inside the hotel, very good!

Upon check in the staff was unprepared and not at all knowledgeable as tot he events that were taking place at the facility. Bathroom floors hadn’t been cleaned nor had the carpet in the room vacuumed.

Hotel and property were very nice, staff was excellent. We were there over the 4th of July weekend, only complaint is there were not enough chairs and loungers in the pool area.
