The staff offered a warm welcome & offered to store our luggage securely until check in time. Make sure to visit the restaurants inside the hotel, very good!

Upon check in the staff was unprepared and not at all knowledgeable as tot he events that were taking place at the facility. Bathroom floors hadn’t been cleaned nor had the carpet in the room vacuumed.

Hotel and property were very nice, staff was excellent. We were there over the 4th of July weekend, only complaint is there were not enough chairs and loungers in the pool area.

Pool area needs to be better monitored for people who put towels on chairs to save seats then leave and come back later

The concierge service staff was nice and kind,, the hotel was way TOO expensive way too crowded stayed in the room 90% of the stay nothing to do every few tv channels, pillows didnt lay good

We visited in May and the weather was beautiful. The pool is terrific. Get to the pool early to claim a few chairs -- using a towel -- and you will be happy as a clam. Enjoyed breakfast each morning in the cafe, and service was always good. Loved that the breakfast place in the hotel provided local and national papers. Great Perk. SD

Furniture in room was damaged badly wood peeling off desk water damage. For the price you wouldn't think they would let something like this go.

I was here for work, and it was literally across the street.From music city center! And only a few blocks from broadway!

Nice hotel with good facilities, comfortable bed and walkable to many Nashville attractions. Rooms good but furnishings showing wear. Valet area can get exceptionally busy at weekends. Overall quite good but not exceptional for what is a relatively expensive price
