Location was very walkable to restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly. I liked the ornament and small souvenirs for sale next to the checkout desk. The elevator system was wonderful! I have no complaints.

It was pretty clean. Parking horrible that you can’t pay for valet and park it yourself. I paid WAY too much money for parking those days.

Great location for our stay! So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. 30 minute walk to Nissan Stadium which is why we were in Nashville. The staff were very friendly, room was clean and smelt nice. We did use the gym while we were there which had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

This hotel is central to most everything in Nashville! We walked everywhere. Staff were super helpful and very kind. Hotel is very quiet! Highly recommend.

Hotel was nice and location was great. Staff were friendly. The rooms were late for Check-in, and we were disappointed with the check-in experience. Staff had promised us the rooms would be ready earlier (3pm check in) but we only ended up being able to check in after 4:30 so there was a long wait. would have rather the check in team been upfront and honest about the time and rooms being late.
