Everything was good but everyday we were at the pool it wasn’t even busy and we had to get our own drinks no one would wait on us so that was disappointing watching the staff wait on everyone else but that was the only real negative. We probably would t stay again due to that when we have to go get our own drinks and still get promoted for a tip every single time when we’re the ones doing the work

Love the whole hotel. It was so nice and we had such a great time. The pool was a huge highlight.

The only complain I have is that my room wasn't cleaned properly. It wasn't vacuumed and a few used cups were left behind. Everything else in the hotel was great.

The service staff was amazing at every bar and restaurant. Genuine people. The pool party was great everyday and the hostess would help you find seats when it seemed super booked. Ask about amenities upon arrival and then ask again. We were not told about all the amenities included in the $40 a day fee. Sunscreen, towels, bottles of water and WIFI!!!! Upon check in we were told there was only wifi available if you were a Marriott member, we thought it was odd but didn’t inquire further, even tho we were frustrated with internet accessibility. It’s 2026 and we were shocked by this. At check out we were told, there definitely was wifi, we should have inquired about this. Um we did. Other than the wifi issue and not being explained to about all available amenities, the hotel was great. Although it is not close to Broadway, next time we will stay more in walking distance, we had to uber each time.

Great place, fantastic location, really nice staff all around

A great hotel in a great location! A group of us from the UK stayed for 5 nights to attend the CMA's. It was out first time in Nashville and this hotel really didn't disappoint. The location was ideal, in such a nice area surrounded by good places for breakfast, peg leg porker and also a good old British Pub! The pool is also a great addition and we felt the service throughout the hotel was amazing especially the guy who works at the downstairs bar, always extremely friendly and her certainly wasn't holding back when it came to pouring our drinks!! In terms of the rooms we had 3 deluxe Queen Queen rooms and these where great, good facilities and very clean with a nice view of the city. Throughout our stay we didn't need to get a taxi once, walking to Broadway was around 15 - 20 mins but the walk was pleasant! Overall we enjoyed it that much we have booked again for 2027!! I know many hotels now swap out Iron's for steamers however ours wasn't the best. Everything else was great!

We couldn't have had a better time. The staff was amazing, and so were the food and drinks. Great energy everywhere. We will be back.
