Great location and pleasant staff.

One last thing, my wife left a pair of sunglasses in the conference centre, came back an hour later and someone had taken them! Shame we never got them back!
-
Staff were more than kind and room was clean. We brought our Goldendoodle and were a little nervous traveling with her and the hotel staff were so welcoming. Valet was top notch also! Would definitely stay here again.

I love the Thompspn and been coming here for years. However I havent been in the past 3 years. This place is gorgeous but they nickel and dime you. The cost of the minibar is insane. The Parking fee of 65 for a night is high, but then they tack on all these other fees. In the end they billed me over a 106 dollars for one night of parking. We arrived around 9pm, and checked out by 10. They dont mention anything and its just dishonesty.

The only downside to this hotel, is there is not a pool. Great rooftop though and fun area to stay in. Lots of shops and restaurants you can walk to.

Very good

Only issue is the street noise on weekends.

Second stay at the Thompson Nashville, and it definitely lived up to my first experience. The room was beautiful, the shower was spacious with great water pressure, and the chilled water station in the lobby was a lifesaver in the Nashville heat. The rooftop is always a highlight great atmosphere, great views, and the perfect way to end the day. Looking forward to my next stay.

The property has no concierge services for assisting in activities elsewhere—essentially a self-service facility. There are also a lot of “hidden” fees that are not adequately disclosed at booking—classic deceptive trade practices.

Very good hotel

Nothing I loved it.

I loved the location. The gulch area is nice and the restaurant had a great breakfast. Room was nice and lived the rooftop. Nothing I loved it.
-
No pool and a lot of foot traffic in and out of the elevators because there's a rooftop bar that is pretty popular in the city so outsiders come in and out. Besides that, the staff is amazing rooms are clean and fully stocked beds are comfy and best belive that housekeeping lady will knock on your door at 10:55am on check out day 😀

Our second trip to Nashville and our second stay at The Thompson. It is an easy walk to so many great restaurants. The food in the hotel is great and we love the coffee shop. The people were friendly and we got great recommendations on places to go.

Location was great. Bar was really nice. Just wish the hotel had a pool and a market.
