Fairfield Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown/The Gulch

The location was great. It was convenient to everything. We went to the rooftop lounge when we didn't feel like venturing out into the city. It was within walking distance to Nissan Stadium (15 minutes). During our stay, the hotel was out of butter. This was hard to believe. It made the breakfast experience less than enjoyable as you could imagine.

The hotel offered a great location and felt clean and safe. Breakfast required a wait because the cook took a break, yet the stay was quite pleasant, with strong water awesome water pressure in the shower. 🏨🏨🏨🏨🏨

Had to move rooms over broken a/c, we called to have someone come up and they said they sent someone but staff never came to fix it then we called again to be told maintenance left so we had to move rooms . Asked for conditioner the next morning but no staff ever came up so one of us had to go down to get it. Then was told they didn’t have any and to find someone on one of the floors who could help.

The staff were helpful and professional. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great location, allowing us to walk to all places we wanted see.

We would stay there again.

As a 28 year old female who alone and 5 hours away from home. This place saved my life! Although it was a busy week due to the mcr concert in nashville they had space for me! Literally saved my life! And I enjoyed my stay so much. My room was spotless!! The overnight front desk man was super nice and welcoming! I loved it here, i'll be back for sure! :)

I was extremely disappointed with the front desk. Any time we approached them for help they were disinterested. We had to ask at least four times for more towels. We were given 3 towels for what was supposed to be a room of five people. It took multiple times of requests for them to be delivered. And we had to ask for more toilet paper. I want to brag on Madison because she went above and beyond and was the only employee at the desk that was helpful. The kitchen staff was not friendly. However, a young man that worked there helped me carry my luggage to my car. He was so nice and I didn’t even ask for help. I really have mixed feelings so I more than likely will choose somewhere else to stay next time. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and this was not my best experience I have had and I have stayed with these hotels multiple times. .

Hotel was great but parking was crazy. Getting your bags down stairs from 3 floors up on parking deck was not fun

Great hotel and great breakfast!

My family and I stayed at this hotel as I was attending a concert locally. The front check in/out lady was really nice, I’m not sure her name. She was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was okay, there were a lot of stains all over the carpet and chairs. It did not look clean. The beds were clean and all white, I didn’t notice any stains. The bathroom looked worn out, hard water stains and scratches on the walk in tub as well as shower head. The sink had a lot of grime around the sink hole and around sink basin as well. The boards around the wall were pretty scuffed up too. The room definitely needed to be cleaned better and stains removed. Even the carpeting the hotel itself were stained. The light fixtures in hallway were quite dusty. I’m not sure how much it gets cleaned. Not very appealing as I have young children and don’t want them in dirty places. There is also an early checkout fee of $200, so be aware of that. It’s not ideal at all. The location was good and parking per night was $36, which is ridiculous as I was paying $200 a night anyway. Perhaps it’s a Nashville thing. The breakfast, I can’t speak to that. I even got an email from the manager apologizing for the state of or lack of breakfast. If I had to, I might stay here again but for the price and how stained things were, I think the cleaning could be improved upon, parking price be lowered and it would be a lot better. It’s not the worst hotel but also not the best. 3/5 stars

Great location, friendly staff. Shower could use some bleach and the furniture in the room was a little beat up but overall, a nice stay.

The shower was very nice but the floors in the bathroom weren’t very clean. The hotel rooms could use an update. It wasn’t a great location but it was very easy to find and access to I-24 was convenient. It was just an average hotel.
