The parking pass wouldn’t allow the gate to open to get to the controlled parking garage. Had to wait for someone else to go in and follow them before the gate closed. Then the designated parking was like 10 levels up which takes forever.

Clean and spacious unit. Very convenient and secure location. Customer service was quick to respond to any questions/concerns.

Broadway but a quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and spacious
-
Great building and location

The garbage room is messy.

Unfortunately the hot tub was not hot, but they did give us a credit on our bill. Overall the place was nice and the room was clean and in good shape and it was a good neighborhood

Great idea, it’s a shared condo basically. Hotel guests get one entrance the residents have a separate entrance. No front desk, but when you call or text the number they are very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, food, shopping and liquor store with in walking distance, downtown is a $6-8 Lyft ride away. Would stay here again.

clean and spacious room!

Great location!

The room was perfect. Two single beds in the bedroom, but it worked for what I needed.

There is no staff. There was no one to help when my door code didn’t work. The room was dingy, moldy caulk in the shower, carpets dirty. The internet didn’t work the first day of my trip. The furniture was all damaged (dings, gouges, missing trim) and it looked like the TV had been torn off the wall in the bedroom. I would never stay here again. It’s basically a condo marketed as a hotel room but there is absolutely no staff. No cleaners, maintenance or front desk. Awful experience.

Nice place.

My only complaint about this trip is that parking was scarce and very difficult to navigate. The property itself was nice and the staff was exceedingly friendly, but property has no parking of its own and all of the parking in the surrounding areas is exorbitantly expensive. My suggestion is that the hotel could validate parking or something

The entire facility was very clean and well-kept. Good proximity to downtown and stadium (we were in town for the football game).

Really disappointed in unit 530. It was clearly not a "city facing room"....that being said....apparently this group owns all the units on the 5th floor. So there appear to be several rooms this may not apply to. But i got to walj to arnolds....so...theres that....

The floors and couch pillows were not clean, and the bedroom needs black out blinds. With nice touches this would be a perfect place to stay.

I did not receive the code to the building or our room in the hour before check-in as promised. I had to reach out to Mint to get the instructions and then they were provided in a timely manner. Our door did not lock and I felt vulnerable during our stay and did not go exploring like I had intended. I reached out to Mint and they sent a maintenance person to fix it. They stopped by and said that they would need to change the lock. They never returned to change it. I would not stay there again, unfortunately. On the bright side: the pool and hot tub were great and the apartment was spacious. Would have rated it higher if they could have either: fixed the lock or changed our room.

Water in the shower was not draining properly and in other room the bedroom light wasn't working. Location wise it was great.
