The room was spacious and comfortable and very reasonably priced. The one thing that was not made clear at check-in was that if you want the housekeeping staff to clean the room/new towels, etc. you need to tell them the day before. When I inquired about the room not being cleaned for a few days, I was told that was the policy. However they cleaned the room that the same day which we appreciated. I would recommend it as a place to stay when visiting Nashville.

Great hotel at a very reasonable price!

The beds were Awful! The floor was sticky, couch stained to high hell, valet lost our SUV

Suite was very well appointed and clean! Full kitchen area fully equipped. Included breakfast was very good!

We showed up and no idea how to check in. Had to go to the 11th floor to check in. Elevators weren’t working, had to carry luggage up 11 floors with no help from the staff. We were told they would comp the room and that didn’t happen . Fire alarms were going off the next morning . We were told we weren’t notified because they didn’t have our phone number!

Very clean and nice property. Just very dark, and the desk was on the eleventh floor which seemed strange.

The room was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk to all that downtown Nashville has to offer

Everything about this hotel was amazing!! It’s connected to The Canooy Hotel so you have to go around the side of that hotel to get into the Homewood Suites.

Property was nice. Only note is the staff said my room number out loud to a full lobby which feels like a safety issue. And there was a small miscommunication with staff where they left a food tray and champagne bucket in our room from other guests

It was a very modern hotel with great facilities in a very good location for the hustle and bustle of Broadway Would've been nice to have the option of a swimming pool on the very hot and humid days but that is being really picky as that's not really what we were in Nashville to do...
