It was a beautiful place with great rooms

This hotel was stunning, the only complaint is the shower doors leak a lot but everything else was amazing. I recommended to everyone.

Our room was interesting and like other parts of the hotel seemed a mix of half-done and well thought out. The room was spacious and comfortable and mostly clean. The appliances were excellent. Ceiling was straight concrete. All lights were plugged in around the outside of the room except for one above the table making it dark. There were no towel hooks other than 1 behind a door. That was for a room of 5 people. Housekeeping arrived at 9:45am on 2 days of our 3 day stay, right in the middle of morning preparations for the day. They also left their cart in the hall, which was already undersized. Breakfast was a nice amenity though the staff was uninformed about ingredients and stated that food was gluten free, which we found out after wasn’t as my 2 kids with celiac violently vomitted. Valet was great. Location was great. So a mixed bag.

Front desk personnel not too friendly. Just average. No real greeting. Just like oh you want to check in? Here's your key. Went to front desk to inquire about transportation options and they were no real help. Suggested I try next door or call an uber. Overall, it was a good stay. But if you're looking for a more upscale experience or hotel I would recommend the Canopy Gulch next door. It has a really nice lobby bar and the staff was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. Both hotels owned by the Hilton.

Very narrow and restrictive drive way. Don’t bring large vehicles.

-
Clean and safe, easy walk to Broadway and lots of restaurants and shopping close by in gulch without going far
-
Clean room, breakfast ok but would've loved some fresh fruit like melons. Staff were helpful. Not sure I liked the front desk being on the top floor. Would've loved a pool.

Excellent option and great location in an upscale area of Nashville. We loved it.

The check-in process was made simple by already having everything booked, just had to show ID. Total time spent checking in was less than 5m. The hotel and surrounding area was clean and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. House keeping was in our room almost every day, cleaning up and replacing towels which I really appreciate. It’s in a centralized location so it’s in walking distance of almost everything and I mean no more than a 5-10m walk. Now for the rooms, full sized fridge/freezer combo, a four pan cooktop, full set of dishes and silverware, dishwasher, floor to ceiling windows spanning the whole back wall with a beautiful view from the 10th floor, barn doors to the bathroom entrance, glass shower doors with a rain shower head and attachment. This room was spacious, aesthetically appealing, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast and coffee are served on the 11th floor along with the bar. The view from up there was even better. Elevator is controlled by your key card, adding an extra level of security which I loved. Next time in Nashville I will definitely be returning, this was an absolute 5 star stay. Only downside which is not controlled by the hotel due to location is you have to pay for parking, as with the rest of the city so just be prepared for that.

We loved the location and the facility. The rooms were clean and relatively new. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I would visit again.

Note: the lobby is on the 11th floor Now, for the PSA, the drop-off roundabout is not a great system. They won't even allow you to stay in your car while you wait. When I got picked up, we were stuck because it's a one-way single lane only. Someone is leaving and has luggage or children, hold your breath, cause it's going to be a while. Of the three elevators, the stand-alone one smells like a dumpster at times. They have a Happy Hour on their roof (lobby level), but they don't allow you to go directly to it. You have to go downstairs, walk next door to the Canopy, and take their elevator up. If this is the case, then advertise it as so. I was stopped by a rude person "Where are you going?" working the late shift. I didn't know better, due to one guest saying she was allowed to go straight to the roof.

The room was excellent. The breakfast was excellent as well with so many options, including GF. We did not use the valet parking was quite expensive. We used Spot Hero and were able to get a parking spot in a nearby garage.
