Great stay convenient location

Canopy is in a very walkable location. It's a beautiful property, the room was cool. Our live TV wasn't working and they sent someone right away to assist to get it working. They also give refillable aluminum water bottles which is a nice touch. If you are cheap like us, and want to avoid paying $60 a night for parking, just head right on Division St, take the first left on 12th St, cross over the bridge and there's free parking on a side street about 5 minutes walk away. You're welcome!

Great restaurants!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the shower was incredible with actual water pressure (which isn't always the case in Nashville hotels), the fitness center was huge and the staff was friendly. The only downside is that there is no pool but everything else was great. We will definitely return.

Property was nice and clean, staff was pleasant, and all the activities were within walking distance. Just wish there was a pool!

Microwave should be in rooms. The hospitality was good. Good skyline view and the rooftop bar was beautiful and had a great upscale vibe.

Everything was very clean. From the lobby to the rooms. And the shuttle service was great.

The property is beautiful. Rooms were great, beds comfortable. Amenities are good - coffee shop in lobby and pizzeria plus restaurant and bar. Stylish and modern. Great roof top bar. Housekeeping though wasn’t consistent. They made our bed and brought towels, left the dirty cups and didn’t fill up coffee. They also only cleaned our room after we requested it. There’s definitely room for improvement.

This is a very nice hotel! They have a free shuttle that will drop you off or pick you up with 1.5 miles! There was one time it was not available due to them needing to charge the vehicle. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The staff was very nice.

Perfect location, not right in the action but close enough to walk. The staff were very friendly, the communal areas were very clean, bright and welcoming. The suite we stayed in was stunning and very comfortable.

bar on top and restaurant were both very nice. cold water faucet in bath sink was broken. Coffee maker was broken.

Booked corner room which was worth it, spacious with beautiful decor. This is a new/modern hotel with relaxed vibe in great location.

Super clean, great amenities, friendly staff and centrally located to a lot of great restaurants, shops, bars and easy to get on the highways to get in and out of Nashville.
