We stayed here for our anniversary. Beautiful property. Loved the staff they were decent, some were friendly than others, but over all good. The room was nice, but I did see that the carpet had crumbs and some dust around the side tables. It took two messages to get towels when asked. The bar staff were amazing. The food at the bar during brunch was great! Also, the roof top restaurant is a must! Though expensive, we went twice during our stay. Also, we used our room credit to try the pizza late night, and it was amazing! Lastly, the location is great! It is away from Broadway’s busy scene, but close to great restaurants and shops. Also, the hotels driver was an amazing touch, and was free of charge to close drop offs! Would definitely stay here again.

Location for my conference was great. Staff for the most part were amazing. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very cool property!

The rooftop bar / Mexican restaurant "Coa" was amazing and my wife had the greatest frozen margarita I've ever seen. The Gulch neighborhood has a lot of upscale food and drink to be had. Ive already recommended it to several friends looking to travel to Nashville in the coming months.

This hotel has terrible customer service and valet parking. The decor is very modern and the rooms do not have enough light. The kids working there are definitely not trained for customer service. Don’t stay here.

Rooms were clean but public areas had paper towels on the floor here and there. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

It was the best stay I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Just phenomenal. I didn’t want to leave it was so great.
-
Outstanding!!!!! Fantastic location (walking distance to Broadway) with great rooms and service. There is a free ride service available for local drop offs. Could not recommend more highly.

Every thing was really nice. The valet drivers were the best assisting us with navigating through the city

The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and organized. The shortcomings were no refrigerator, no microwave and room was not supplied with an ironing board or iron. Although we did not drink, we were charged for the mini bar, so I suggest not even opening the drawer!

restaurant, beautiful rooms and a gorgeous bathroom. The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and accommodated our every need. The Canopy is located in the Gulch neighborhood which makes it convenient to get to any destination. I highly recommend this awesome hotel.

Was the highlight of my.trip

Starting with the good: the valet and front desk staff were nice. Now on to the rest: this hotel is pretentious but lacks common amenities. No fridge or microwave or pool. Breakfast was not included. Most of the restaurant staff members had attitudes when I asked simple questions, like “what is in the smoothie?” They were out of one smoothie the first day and then out I both smoothies the second day. The valet parking was $60/day. It smelled gross everywhere before of cologne air fresheners everywhere. There is apparently a club on the roof, so drunk bystanders and drunk drivers were everywhere at night. A careless driver almost hit my daughter and I because she didn’t look before driving. Common amenities missing, pedantic staff, and overpriced with lack of value. Will never come back here! I suggest that anyone who enjoys comfort/hospitality does not come to Canopy Hilton in Downtown Nashville. Again, valet staff seemed the only genuinely friendly people here. Funny how that works.
