Pool was warm

Close to every thing. The breakfast was great. Tub didn’t drain but still good enough

Hotel was a little outdated but I’m honestly super surprised at how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed and pillows were. This was my first stay at a comfort inn and I was hesitant to stay here at first but overall it was a pleasant stay. The only thing I’d complain about is the attitude of the staff. I dealt with about 4 different employees and they were all so rude which was really odd as everywhere else in Nashville, everyone is super nice. Their staff definitely needs some customer service training.

The room was very dusty, smelled of mold and I immediately started having an asthma reaction.
-
Very dirty property.. Literally roach Motel .. Multiple roaches in the lobby And the rooms Pillows didn’t have pillowcases on them. Other guests were in the pool with beer cans Definitely not a family-friendly or clean environment Stay away

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. I didn't have any shower gel left, so it would have been nice to have a small bottle of that available but overall it was a good room.

This hotel is in a great location and is a great option for the price. However, the staff was not very helpful when checking in and also not very friendly. Many of the men at the front desk I spoke with were unprofessional and seemed annoyed when speaking with me. I did speak with two women at the front desk that were very kind and helpful which I appreciated but all of my other encounters with front desk staff were rather unpleasant. Overall it was a nice hotel but the staff was not the best.

The room was not very clean, the advertised fitness center was not functional at all. Parking was not included as advertised on Expedia and added additional Al cost. The rooms and common areas were poorly maintained and the photographs are far better than the reality

Belle hôtel près du centre ville à prix abordables

The room had a weird smell when I entered. I had febreeze in the car and that helped. The shower didn't work properly. Someone had obviously broken part of it and instead of buying a new one they tried to piece the old one back together. I got it working just enough to get a shower. If I had someone else staying with me, I would have asked to try a different room. They have an omelet station for breakfast and a warm breakfast in general. That was the highlight. Well, the outside sitting area was also nice.

Breakfast was great, staff not so friendly, unexpected cost =self parking available, too them is not free 20bucks a night added on with no warning.
-
Wonderful breakfast and very clean rooms and close to music row well maintained property

Do not go here we stayed in room 110 and it smelled like pee, mold, and something else really strong and musky. There was a fruit fly and a huge regular fly already in the room when we arrived. There was a blood spot on my comforter, there was a long straight here found in the other bed, trash in the corners of the chair, the curtains were filthy, the door had no peep hole to check who was knocking before opening the door and the lighting was very poor. We had no where else to stay for the night and were concerned for our safety given the state of the room.

Nothing to add. All good. Thanks

Excellent déjeuner, lit super confortable.

A roach crawled up through the drain. There were hairs in the bathroom and bathtub. The pool was gross and dirty, with no available net to even clean it yourself. Housekeeping made my daughter’s bed with her stuff still under the covers. Apparently you had to pay for parking. The staff were all a little off and clearly only there to make money off of a somewhat polished turd. The elevators hadn’t been cleaned since the building was constructed I’m sure. And during breakfast, the “omelet” bar consisted of fermenting peppers and onions that were nearly liquified and you had to physical over people to sit down. And that’s if you could get past the stench of burnt eggs. It was one of the grossest, poorly managed hotels I have ever experienced and I’m actually blown away at how high of a rating they had.

It was very convenient
-
Not a good experience as AC was not working properly and very humid. We couldn’t sleep the whole night.
-
Was not told parking would be an additional $21 for the evening. No big deal but should be up front when booking online. Otherwise our stay was good. Clean, quiet and felt safe.

Breakfast was good! Pool was nice! Only bad thing was the elevators kept breaking down, pain in the ass when you're on the 3rd floor
