Rooms kept clean and tidy Pool staff amazing

All virgin hotels have a great design. In Nashville, there were a few cleanliness issues and the housekeeping opened our door without knocking. There is a tea kettle and smeg mini fridge in the room. No microwave. Temperature controls were good and bed was comfy. Overall a four star stay!

Everything was great. Only downside was that the restaurant and bar were closed for a private event one evening. I made due at another nearby restaurant

Must try this hotel out when in Nashville, yes there are many options, but you will not be disappointed in fact you will be VERY SATISFIED!!

The property was even better than advertised and it had lots of unique features and unexpected extras. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel and staff was amazing. The parking terrible. Only valet parking which is fine except we had to wait 45 mins to get our car to leave.. even paid an extra 5 bucks to boost our place in line

Had to change rooms.the floors were sticky..kyneddy was very helpful and made things right

Exceptional

Virgin is a great brand. After having cruised with them in June, we were happy to see that Virgin has a hotel in Nashville, where we were traveling. They have a rooftop pool with a restaurant and bar and live music. They have a good lobby restaurant and coffee shop. The rooms are good and modern, with a creative layout. So why the lower score? I was surprised that the nightly fee for incidentals was $150! YIKES! For our three-night stay, that came to an additional $450! Which then resulted in us just eating at the hotel for every meal because I did not want to spend additional money on dinners out.

The pool bar on the roof is beautiful. My only complaint would be that the room cleaning happened at a funny time of day. (Although we may have contributed to this; I’m not sure.) We would definitely come back. P.S. Look out for the concierge, Greg. Super helpful and charming.

Perfect location for midtown and downtown, staff were super helpful and very welcoming. Pool area lovely. Only negative was our room wasn’t ready on arrival until 5pm which left us short on time to get ready for a 5.30 pick up.
