Great place to stay

This place was amazing. The stay from the pool to the happy hour to the live music to the breakfast and aesthetics is wonderful. Definitely a place. I would stay every time I visit Nashville and the location is great.

Everything was clean and the staff is super nice. The bar and pool were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a great location and wonderful place to stay. The staff was so accommodating and kind. The pool was awesome! Walking distance from a lot of great places!

Best hotel experience ive had so far.

The shade would not pull down and it was difficult to sleep. The bathroom smelled like urine.

The check in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. I wish the walk in shower would have had a grab bar as the floor can be a bit slippery. I also found the motion activated lights a tad confusing. All in all I would not hesitate to stay again.

Very retro-style with extra unexpected amenities,ie stocked frig, extra towels, inventive room lighting, new techie stuff. Only problem we had was with the roof top pool. Area too small to enjoy especially when several kids were running unsupervised.

Staff was very attentive and this is the place to be on Sundays in the Gulch!

Modern clean hotel with great amenities. Staff was friendly and rooftop bar/pool was a nice extra.

One of the things that really stood out was just how dog-friendly the hotel is. We traveled with our dog, and every single member of the staff made him feel like a VIP. A special thank you to the valet team, who had treats ready for him every time we arrived or left the hotel. They went out of their way to make him feel welcome, and it was something we looked forward to every day. The rooftop pool was another highlight. Even there, the staff brought our dog a bowl of fresh water without us even having to ask. Those little touches made a huge difference and showed how much they truly care about their guests—including the four-legged ones. The restaurants and food were outstanding. Every meal was delicious, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was top-notch. Most importantly, every single staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a hotel where everyone consistently provides such exceptional service. If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel with amazing food, outstanding service, and one of the most pet-friendly experiences we’ve ever had, look no further than the Virgin Hotel Nashville. We will be back !
