Virgin Hotels Nashville

Breakfast was fantastic. Main floor bar excellent service. Valets and concierge most helpful and friendly. Pool deck staff & bartender not very friendly. Overall great location.

Clean room. Nice music and pool area. The Pool Club was nice. The hideaways were good to duck off and have quiet while also listening to music or singer that was singing. The hotel doesn't have access to a microwave for guests to heat up their food. As much as it costs to stay there, microwaves should be available to rent or at least one on the first floor to use. I had to eat cold food. Definitely not happy about that.

Location is decent. Easy walk to midtown, but not near broadway downtown where the action is. Staff is ok. They aren't going to try very hard. For a party town and supposedly a hotel with a 'good vibe' they do not serve anything breakfast related after 11 am. Definitely not a cool vibe place. I would not stay here again.

The waitress we had and the other cafe staff for our breakfast was great. We came for the 4th of July pool party. Was really disappointed with not being told there weren’t better views of the fireworks. Not enough seats. Some of the staff there were very rude. I do understand the hotel didn’t directly host it.

Could not get any person from the front desk on the phone. Tried three times.

Everything great. Just the dude at the door of the pool club denied me entrance saying it was at capacity. Even though a bunch of people were leaving at the same time.

Hotel is excellent. Great location walkable to everywhere. Excellent amenities. Restaurants and bars are fantastic. Linch and brunch were excellent! Staff were courteous and friendly. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay here! It was our first time in Nashville and we thought the location was perfect as it was walking distance to a lot of popular areas. The room was very clean with a nice view and comfy beds. The food and drinks we had were all great and we enjoyed the pool a couple times throughout our stay.

This hotel was great. We utilized the pool, on the 90 degree days. Staff was always helpful. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. Short Uber ride to Broadway. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel. Loved the lobby bar and rooftop pool. Food and drinks were excellent! Beds were comfortable. Would stay again.
