The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. I love great water pressure. We had breakfast both mornings and it was delicious. Valet was quick and took care of our truck. The parking situation was a bit challenging. Cars hanging out in the street until they could get in the very small valet section.

Amazing hotel ! Beautiful design and decor rooms are spacious and have great feel of luxury. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. In great location downtown.

The hotel was clean. Front desk staff excellent. Amenities great and location was wonderful.

The location was perfect !! beautiful hotel No parking was definitely a problem, and the front desk staff was very rude. We were simply asking questions about parking because there is no parking available. Instead of being helpful, she acted like she didn’t want to be bothered and was very dismissive. She simply told us there was no parking and that was it. The lack of parking was frustrating, but the rude attitude from the front staff made the experience even worse.

Only cons - Destination fee is confusing and annoying! The hotel charges you $25 per day, they give you a chance to buy stuff around the hotel up to $25 per day so you don't get charged the $25. Regardless if you buy or don't buy you will get charged the $25 destination fee. Super annoying and stressful during my visit. - I asked the front desk for water, normally front desk will provide guest with water. - Lastly pool opens at 8am, there were no clean pool towels until 11am. This was very disappointing!

Come: There is a $25 “location fee” for staying downtown. Valet parking is $56/night or you could go to the parking garage next door for about $45/night. The Gathre restaurant is overpriced for the food being bad.

We were VERY pleasantly surprised. And for the price… the other 5 stars around the corner can’t beat it! Fabulous rooftop, and pool bar as well. Excellent clean rooms…quiet… conveniently located to everything; great quick fast, efficient valet parking as well. . Love it!!!!

The shower curtain was too short, so water got all over the bathroom floor, the chargers on the nightstand didn’t work. Only one of them did, in order for another charger for plug into Work ?. He had to have the light on, the nightstand was all scratched up and looked terrible, the desk had pieces falling off the side of the drawers coming apart, the refrigerator wouldn’t go any colder than 46, the lights in the armoire didn’t work and the windows would start popping in the morning I’m guessing because of temperature change. We also got a big door ding in our driver side door, leaving it with the Valet other than that the hotel is good.

The decor of this hotel is to die for! And the staff is 25/10! Ricky & Carlton were very charming & so insightful. We will definitely be back because of them & everyone’s hospitality. Loved our stay in Nashville!
