Rooms were clean

Super place to stay and lovely staff. We will definetely go back again. This was m=our second time going bakc and it did not disapoint.

Restaurant is delicious. So many great things to say. Just fix the coffee situation!

Hotel was really cool and just far enough away from downtown. Rooftop pool was nice and the surrounding area bars were fun on game days

The staff was super helpful understanding and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and it's a great location. So much different things you can do close. And still have a great time. They listen to our needs and just made us feel special. I don't like how much it is to park in Nashville anywhere. It is crazy. Everyone should have access to great parking and a cheaper prices. We're paying for do much while down there parking shouldn't be crazy. Do not think it has anything to do with the hotel. It's just how it is. That's about all I can say we didn't like.

Everything was great. Staff was nice and helpful, would recommend staying here 10/10

Overall, I was very disappointed with our stay. The Manager on duty was very childish and thought that is was okay to have us waiting for a room for nearly two hours with no compensation or care, or concern. The gentleman at the front was very courteous, attentive and apologetic unlike the manager in duty. The hotel is nice and the other staff was professional and we're trying to do the best they can with the large number of events taking place in Nashville that weekend. Also, the valet staff was very limited which caused long wait times however they maintained their professionalism and care. The hotel also ran out of clean towels and my bed was half made. Overall, very nice hotel but care to detail and the unprofessional response from the manager make me reconsider by lodging next time.

Great staff. Very expensive for a 4 star hotel, perhaps because it’s peak? One complaint, our room wasn’t fully serviced on one of our 3 nights, bed not made and bins not emptied.

Security is definitely top-notch, although it did cause us a little stress. A helpful tip: Be sure to add every adult guest’s name to the reservation. When my daughter lost her key, she had difficulty proving she was staying there because a room key is required to access the guest floors. It was frustrating in the moment, but it’s hard to argue with a hotel taking guest safety seriously! It’s simply something we’ll know to plan for next time. We didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s amenities during this visit, but we may return so we can experience more of what Hotel Fraye has to offer as we come to Nashville multiple times per year and this is the first time we’ve stayed there. Really enjoyed it!

Room was immaculate. Pool was beautiful. Entire hotel was a vibe.

The room was very clean. Our stay was great we were close to everything we wanted to do the restaurant on-site was nice as well. We did not like not having the microwave in our room we had to go back downstairs to warm food. But overall it was a great stay the staff was very nice.
