Excellent guidance for late check-ins

The carpet was filthy. We walked around our room in our socks and the bottoms of our socks turned black. Parking sucked. And the Jamaican lady that checked us in needs better training. I had reserved 2 rooms. We arrived early, around 1pm. She gave us 1 room and said we could get the 2nd room in about 20 minutes. After waiting for hours and being told it would be another 10 minutes several times, I finally went back to front desk and demanded to know why she was making us wait so long. Keep in mind there were several people that were checked in and given rooms while I was standing there. The Jamaican lady was more concerned flirting with a young black man than she was with getting us our 2nd room. All this happened right in front of me. I'm 72 yrs old and have traveled all over this country and stayed in many hotels / motels. I can say, without exception that this was the worst treatment I have ever received from hotel staff in all my yrs of travel. The only helpful and courteous staff member we encountered was the maintainence man that came to our room around 9pm or so to assist us with the a/c controls. I honestly don't think I will ever spend any more of my money at your facility. And I cannot in good conscious recommend it to any of my colleges or friends. If you care about your business, somebody from upper mgmt really needs to check this place out.

the size of the room was immaculate and it had everything you'd ever need! Not necessarily anyone's fault but we left a poster from a concert in our room and submitted a claim to have it returned and we have heard nothing yet. Again might not be the hotels fault but still a bummer.

The price was good . Room clean but a slight smell ….. breakfast decent . Staff great . Alittle far from broadway but not an issue …

Great location, friendly staff. Pillows were a bit soft for me but that's not a criticism.

This is a great location and the staff was absolutely fantastic. The manager was so nice and all the staff were great. The rooms are large and well kept.

Cleanliness The lady that checked us in asked for our last name, I told her and then she laughed. She indicated I was pronouncing it wrong. I do have a southern accent but dang, I know how to pronounce my own name. It was just uncalled for and rude. Laugh after I leave not to my face.

The property was very clean, the location was excellent. You have bars and restaurants right down the street. Even at night, they have good music. When you get that sweet tooth,you have a very good ice cream spot across the street. Would definitely stay again.
