only complaint is its 50 dollars per day to park there, so budget that against other hotels, they dont tell you that either

Loved the area of town

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Noise level (not hotels fault - but loud young kids early am and late at night), room faced roof and other wing of hotel. It is the worst breakfast I have had at a hotel in a long time. I was unaware of the $45 night parking fee. The parking garage elevator was out, but the staff who checked me in saw I had on a knee brace & a cane and gave me the self-park price for the valet option because of broken elevator. However, the valet will need to be tipped and in a 1 night stay there were 3 different valets!

It was in a reasonable distance from both the airport and Broadway The staff were very unhelpful, couldn't answer any questions and never got off their seats. The breakfast wasn't well presented or described sometimes taking ages to replenish items. The area for eating breakfast wasn't that great either⁸

It was a place to rest so we could continue our journey. We were charged $45.00 to park and we’re there 13 hours. I we been advised in advance of that we would have stayed at another location. At a time when everything is way too expensive you gouge people for parking. Shame on you.

The breakfast was really good although they ran out of almost everything on our second morning.

When I got ready to leave my suitcase was not in my room. I went to from desk inquiring about the missing luggage. They were not helpful. I ended up with my belongings in plastic bags from the garbage cans.They didn’t even offer me plastic bags. I have contacted Hilton.

Everything was fantastic! The only thing I would say is it would be nice if breakfast was available a little bit later

We enjoy staying here because it’s clean, the staff is friendly and it’s close to the Tailgate Brewery. After spending the day downtown Nashville, we like to finish our night at the brewery and walk to the hotel.

Overall everything was amazing

Rooms not ready for 1 1/2 hours after check in time. Staff could care less.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. It was ridiculous that we had to pay $45 to park at the hotel. They need to provide parking for people who are staying in the hotel.

The location is amazing! Air conditioner was loud. Didn't like the pillows.

Eveything was great breakfest was perfect ,just wish there was some fruit ( maybe i missed it ) ...only thing was there was a little grime on the shower head but im assuming its just some sort of build up whatever is put in the water...but other than that it was perfect stay i will definitly come back

Half an hour walk to Downtown Breakfast was hit and miss

Front desk night clerk was so friendly and helpful Fan noise in bathroom kept me up. Told day crew on last night nothing fixed we believe it was noise from roof top fans traveling down through fan vent. Day crew not as friendly as night crew but they were busy
