Just wasn’t what I thought it would be

Stay was good, very good water pressure, close to several things to do. Add on parking was a little high at $50 a day.

A written disclosure about the parking garage being a separate entity: $50.00 dollars a night. Quite the shocker!

Given a room already assigned. Staff member didn't seem to care. Not a good experience. The other 2 days were ok.

Parking was expensive for guest, staff didnt greet or speak when guest walked in the area, housekeeping overlook the only elevator working. For the 3 night stay, housekeeping did not clean my room at all. I had to go to the front desk for towels.

The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly. My room was very clean. There was only one working elevator.

The floor was very dirty. My toddlers feet turned black after walking on them. Took 5 times calling the front desk for the wifi password before they answered. I also cant believe I had to pay for parking at a hotel I already paid to stay at.

Spacious room, quiet, comfortable. We were both undressed to take a shower and my wife discovered either there was no shampoo in the bottle or the pump did not work. I could not get any shampoo, either. In addition, for the coffee service there was only one pod for the machine and it was non-caffein.

This Home2 was about 2 blocks away from a bunch of great places to eat after a long day of work.
