Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville at Vanderbilt

The location of the hotel. I also liked the The fact that there was construction going on the hotel and there was limited access to certain areas. Also there was debris in the water being served to the customers. The black girl at the counter had a bad attitude.

The room was clean, and nicely decorated for downtown Nashville. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary shuttle was a nice bonus! The $45 price for overnight self-parking seemed excessive when you're already a guest at the hotel. The construction areas made it a little unsightly and noisy, but it was still nice overall.

Great location and staff with amazing breakfast Booking.com did NOT reflect ongoing renovations that had most of the lobby and the entire gym being renovated. The vacation vibes were lost soon as we checked in.

The hotel & employees very nice. Disappointed the dining room was closed & the location was ot near any shopping or entertainment. Seeabove

Paid for parking which I think is rediculous, hair dryer didn’t work. Coffee pot didn’t work properly. Price of room was more than what I expected.

Hotel interior is under renovation as of August 2026 so lots of noise. But otherwise hotel room is very good (comfortable, well-maintained). Buffet breakfast is surprisingly good for a “free” breakfast.

The staff was wonderful. Especially, Tony the PM shuttle driver. Was disappointed the lobby was being renovated. Didn’t appreciate the drapes and noise.

Excellent customer service at front desk

The rooms were great in terms of comfortable bedding and decor and the hotel was located close to Vanderbilt University and great restaurants.

Staff were lovely and made us feel very welcomed. They were also very helpful with suggestions around town. They were renovating and obviously some adjustments need to be made but they were doing their best. Room was clean and ample space to provide our family with their own space inside. Great location…we walked around uni and then made our way downtown - a long walk but doable if not with littles. See you again!
