Clean and close to everything we needed. Having to wait over 15 to check in because no one was at the counter.

Parking was high. $50 per night for my Jeep to sleep in your parking lot. I guess that is the way it is in the big city.

Loved everything about it. Cocktail hour and snacks were nice and the free shuttle service was fantastic!

Breakfast staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Made to order omelets and other egg dishes were a great bonus. The construction, no place for Happy Hour or other meal, although we did find or meal options in the neighborhood to serve our lunch, and dinner needs. We were very concerned about our privacy, and safely of our belongings after one of the members of our group had many of their personal items removed during their stay. Several of those items were “misplaced by staff” upon inquiry, and never returned. We did not feel the hotel did enough to assist him with his concerns, and certainly didn’t seem like the issue was urgent, or apologetic. This has raised our level of concern, and security about using Embassy Suite brand hotels in the future.

The location was very convenient and the staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was good-variety, taste ans service. The room was not well appointed and one of the bathroom sink faucets was usable but needed repair. Overall, the property was overpriced.

It’s under construction, the rooms we reserved were not given to us. The staff was not helpful or friendly.

Other than that AMAZING. The free shuttle, ran by Tony, was so great! The front desk was super helpful and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour is top notch!! The garage walk was the only complaint, it felt like you were putting your life in danger as a solo single woman traveler.
