Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Very large, clean rooms. Valet parking only, with awesome valets!

Just spent one night but everything was nice. Would stay again.

My fiancé and I stayed here for my best friends graduation weekend. I will say initially when I checked in things ran smoothly until later on after we settled I noticed I was charged twice for the stay. Unfortunately with booking through Expedia the clerk mentioned she didn’t see my initial reservation. So, she contact her management team and by time I was on my way out the door to go home they resolved everything. The location was convenient very close to plenty of food spots. The only complaint I have is the smell that kinda lingered in the lobby area was very strong.

The front desk rep was very friendly and welcoming. The room size definitely surprised me with the amount of space and 2 tvs. The hotel has some exterior renovations going on right now. They have an exterior patio with nice views and multiple chairs to relax. My only issue is that check out is not until 11am. The same employee banged on our door at 9am and 10:30am to ask when we were checking out when I told him both times 11am.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was very convenient. It is close to popular attractions like Broadway and Music Row, which made getting around easy. The reason I gave it an average rating is because the valet parking was expensive and took a long time. Unfortunately, there was no alternative parking option available, which made the experience less convenient. Unfortunately, the parking situation took away from the experience. Finding the valet entrance when we arrived was confusing, and there was only one valet attendant working. More than six guests were waiting for their cars, all with luggage, which caused a long delay. I also felt that the valet parking fee was not reasonable, especially since there was no alternative parking option.

The staff was very nice and helped us with recommendations since we had never been to Nashville.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Our room was clean and comfortable but was quite warm. There was no vent in the bathroom or living room and the one vent in the bedroom kept getting blocked by the curtains. So the temp was uncomfortable.
