Everything was perfect
-
Rooms were amazing and the staff was a tremendous help.
-
Excellent location-wonderful staff - all question were answered politely! Food recommendations were excellent!
-
The room was clean. Hotel was conveniently located, and the desk clerk was helpful. We would stay again.
-
Room itself was nice, but VERY far from checkin and parking. Its a hybrid hotel with springfield. My main complaint is making us pay $40 to park. Its not walking distance to anything really, so uber required to go downtown. Personally Id rather have stayed closer to things and pay the same parking fee
-
The hotel is close to Broadway and dinnig area
-
It was ok. Was very surprised at the parking fee!
-
Booked on a last minute thing, room was clean, staff was pleasant. Breakfast was pretty typical of a hotel. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint is parking garage was a bit tight for a full size pickup but nice that they offer it.
-
Staff was really friendly and room size was good room was old and dirty couch was leather I think, but all cracked up and faded fridge was dirty and smelled
-
I absolutely love the rooms. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the discrepancy for my payment. But it was corrected very quickly.
-
The sofa in the suite was dirty and uncomfortable. The touted amenities were actually in the Springhill Suites next door. When I check in, I don’t expect to have to walk a half mile to use the pool or bar. The breakfast and front desk staff were pretty good. The neighborhood was marginal. There was some guy smoking weed up in the garage. I don’t think I would stay here again on a bet.

The hotel stay was okay. The room was clean upon entry but small for a suite. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. Housekeeping did not give us fresh towels nor taken out trash until we spoke to front desk twice. They charged my card for the stay the day after check-in (stayed 3 nights). The parking garage is terribly tight to the point you have to watch for oncoming cars to avoid an accident. The amenities are in another hotel owned by Marriott. Basically have to go through a maze to enjoy the fitness center or the pool. Terrible view from the room. All can be seen is construction.

Staff was absolutely AMAZING, super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Parking was $40, and breakfast wasnt bad. Overall would definitely stay here again.
-
Overall very well kept hotel. And cleaning services are very promt and efficient. I would urge management to please revisit some Overall sanitation rules with the male kitchen worker as he forgets to use food prep gloves constantly.

Avoid room 8011, which did not meet Marriott standards. I've stayed at Motel 6's that were better maintained. The ottoman was crumbling. The eat-in kitchen chairs had a part missing and upholstery was coming apart, with masking tape holding up the carpet. Stains everywhere. The separate bathroom sink area had large noticeable stains all over the wall, same in the shower area and bed skirt. My wife put a sheet over the couch since that had a stain and didn't even feel comfortable sitting directly on it. How does management allow this room to be used? The hotel indicated that water pipe maintenance would occur one evening, which meant no water from 11:15pm through 8:15am the next day. While notice was posted in the lobby, if you missed the sign then you'd be surprised. The front desk associate that night was nice and gave us some bottled water upon our return to brush our teeth but how is there no compensation for the inconvenience? Would’ve been nice to shower when coming back to the room after a hot Nashville night. Of course, the ice machine on the floor was broke and never fixed mid-way through our stay.

Great hotel, perfect location
-
There had obviously been a cat living in the room at some point for quite awhile. There were cat toys under the sofa bed and the furniture was cat scratched. Unfortunately my wife is allergic to cats and there was lots of residual dander which actioned her allergies and she had to start taking antihistamines. And was stuffy nosed and sneezing in the room.
-
The only thing I didn't like was that I needed to pay for parking. Other than that, this was a great place to stay.
-
Construction woke me up at 6 in the morning. Room lights didn’t work despite inserting the room key into the slot. Parking fee is extremely steep. Breakfast was okay and pool was nice.
-
Always a pleasure to stay here when we're in town.
