Avoid room 8011, which did not meet Marriott standards. I've stayed at Motel 6's that were better maintained. The ottoman was crumbling. The eat-in kitchen chairs had a part missing and upholstery was coming apart, with masking tape holding up the carpet. Stains everywhere. The separate bathroom sink area had large noticeable stains all over the wall, same in the shower area and bed skirt. My wife put a sheet over the couch since that had a stain and didn't even feel comfortable sitting directly on it. How does management allow this room to be used? The hotel indicated that water pipe maintenance would occur one evening, which meant no water from 11:15pm through 8:15am the next day. While notice was posted in the lobby, if you missed the sign then you'd be surprised. The front desk associate that night was nice and gave us some bottled water upon our return to brush our teeth but how is there no compensation for the inconvenience? Would’ve been nice to shower when coming back to the room after a hot Nashville night. Of course, the ice machine on the floor was broke and never fixed mid-way through our stay.

Great hotel, perfect location

There had obviously been a cat living in the room at some point for quite awhile. There were cat toys under the sofa bed and the furniture was cat scratched. Unfortunately my wife is allergic to cats and there was lots of residual dander which actioned her allergies and she had to start taking antihistamines. And was stuffy nosed and sneezing in the room.

The only thing I didn't like was that I needed to pay for parking. Other than that, this was a great place to stay.

Construction woke me up at 6 in the morning. Room lights didn’t work despite inserting the room key into the slot. Parking fee is extremely steep. Breakfast was okay and pool was nice.

Always a pleasure to stay here when we're in town.

It was really nice clean room. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing always greeting us each time we walked by. That was every shift every day...The front desk gave us suggestions on where to eat. I definitely would stay again...

Booked a king room with a double pull out bed however the room had a single pull out bed. Breakfast was great, especially the iced coffee and Nutella packets! Ice machine was broken in the floor which was inconvenient as you cant use the elevator to go to another floor.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything we did . Definitely wouldn’t mind staying here again

Worst Marriott hotel I’ve ever been in. Room’s furniture was old and tattered. Windows were dirty, window curtain had holes in it. Shower curtain was too short so the water would drop on the bathroom floor. I’ve been in better Motel 6 than this.

Amazing staff, solid breakfast, and a very clean room!
-
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the room attendants. We would definitely choose again

Mattress in sofa bed was not comfy. Kids had a tough time sleeping on it. It looked as if they were sleeping on spring directly as mattress was not good. I felt bad for kids in the morning. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Very clean and comfortable. Pool was great and there were several restuarnts within walking distance. We look forward to another stay.

Worst room ever! Sagging bed, old beat up furniture, stained couch, lousy housekeeping. Bar was closed due to staff member's wife having baby but no cover? Breakfast was the EXACT same for all 7 mornings! Ugh! Cold scrambled eggs, limited hot water, filthy waffles machine that was broke for 4 of the 7 mornings. So disappointed for a Residence Inn we like to frequent yearly (4 Deluxe rooms for 7 nights). Will have to rethink options in the future.

I would never stay at this hotel again with the many fine choices there are in Nashville. If you stay here, get used to the word Sorry.
-
Room was exceptionally big and clean! With a fully functional kitchen. Breakfast was good with a large choice on offer and was also tasty. The only negative was the WiFi quality. It was extremely poor and kept cutting out.

They ran out of Breakfast items and not refreshed in a timely manner.

I like how clean the property was I got overcharged and I paid through Booking and then they charged my credit card again for $340 which was $140 over what I initially charged to Booking. Dean is at the front. The first day was very, very rude and basically blamed it on Booking for the mess up. And I still have not gotten my money back. The next day I dealt with two other ladies which are wonderful and they actually told me more on the situation and said that this has happened before. Just be careful if you pay through Booking and then they put your credit card on file because they will charge you.
