Hutton Hotel, Nashville, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Great hotel!

One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at, all of the employees were so kind and helpful!

Ice machine needed maintenance, however, was fixed immediately after reporting the issue. Desk clerks were very helpful in telling us how to get to the different places we needed to go. Also provided us with a pen as we did not bring one and needed to write things down.

The hotel was very nice with great decor. The rooms were clean, spacious, nice bathroom with soft towels. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had delicious food. The bar looked like they had good drinks, though I did not have time to try them. Close proximity to many restaurants and minutes from downtown. We will definitely be staying at The Hutton again.

Excellent stay at the Hutton. I can't imagine any reason to look for any other hotel anytime I come to Nashville. We were greeted with smiles from every staff member that we encountered during our stay. We'll be back.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent customer service! Everyone was really kind & professional. They even upgraded my room due to a long drive I had from out of State without me asking. It was very much sweet & much appreciated. Will definitely return.

Employees were nice We was on 15th floor and they were drill on top of us all day during stay. They set alarm off and we had to evacuate room. They could have come up to floor and told us it was because of guy above us was welding. when we tried to go down stairway it was blocked. If your working on floor above you should never have guest on floor below.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel! It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone for their stay in Nashville.

5 days after checking out I received an Amex alert that my card had been charged. $207 and no email folio to support the charges. I called twice and was told that their accounting department was looking into it. Still no return call and no answers. I did not approve the charge, don’t understand it, and can’t get an answer. Will not stay there again.

The only complaint that I would have is the room was hot and we turned the temp all the way to 60 and the room was still hot.

Lovely staff will happily recommend and we would happily return Air con in room can be loud but far outshadowed by everything else

Paying for parking.

Great property just no trash cans in the hotel room. Also no turkey/ chicken sausage/bacon for breakfast just pork. But a beautiful hotel very luxurious.

Great hotel

Lovely hotel, very aesthetic and welcoming. It has a beautiful style to the rooms, it’s very clean and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. The amenities in the rooms are also very high quality. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful and made you feel very welcome. The location was also great, it’s a quieter area and less than $10 in an uber to Downtown It was not apparent when booking that the hotel gym would be closed for refurbishment during our stay, nor was this communicated in advance. It was a particular aspect I wanted from a hotel for this stay. Also, housekeeping were not good at replenishing the coffee in the room, I had to ask for this.

We would definitely stay here again.
