The hotel is in the West End of Nashville on a quiet street next to an excellent Mexican Restaurant. The hotel lobby is fun, colorful and has a nice arrangement of seated areas for gatherings. The free breakfast is a treat with added scramble eggs and sausages. Our room, with 2 queens, was spacious and adequate for one night. The bathroom has a lighted mirror for makeup application (rare). The AC unit is loud, cold, and can be controlled both from the wall and the unit. The only con that I can think of is the attached garage which has tight turns and is kind of scary at night, however, I did not feel that I was in danger. The hotel is very close to VUMC, which was the reason for our stay. It's a hotel that is away from the hustle and bustle of the lower Broadway honky tonk scene. I give it 5 stars for it's uniqueness in an area full of high rise hotels and condos. The Cathedral of the Incarnation is right around the corner from the hotel.

The hotel was a small distance from Downtown Nashville. The area was quiet and felt really safe. It was also near many restaurants and fast food options. The hotel was in the middle of a change of ownership during our initial check in. The staff apologized for the inconvenience. Online the website has photos of an active bar. It turns out that that wasn't true.

It was ok That the guy who checked us in gave the man before us 3 bottles of water said it was complimentary of the hotel but when we checked in next he didn’t offer us nothing. I thought it was a racist thing.I didn’t like the ideal that we had to pay to park because if I’m paying for a room at your hotel then parking should be free and I haven’t received my deposit back either!

Breakfast . And the staff were constantly cleaning . That you have to request for room to be cleaned and also for fresh towels . Which we weren’t aware off until day 2

I enjoyed the continental breakfast No one ever emptied our trash or brought fresh towels or coffee. They didn’t have signs asking us to place towels on the floor if we needed more towels. I’m glad I didn’t make that assumption so we kept using the same towels!

Nice and affordable near to the heart of Nashville. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were relatively big.
