The hotel has a fun aesthetic, is very clean, the staff helpful and friendly. We enjoyed coffee at the lobby cafe and cocktails at the other locations. We were very disappointed with the tiny pool and $40 a day fee. The pool area was practically empty all three days we were there.

Beautiful property the photos don't do it justice. Would definitely return!

The carpet in the room was terribly wet. I assumed it was cleaned before we came but the room smelled like mold. Like the wetness with the bad smell from the carpet was circulating in the room. I contacted the front desk and they offered to move us to a different room but we were already unpacked as it was late and we didn’t want to switch rooms just for one night. They offered to give us a credit for staying in that room but never got anything. Also, there is a lot of weird people and situations going on around like old guys with escort girls… it was disgusting… on the picture it looks beautifully decorated but it’s pretty used and falling apart…

Parking was 75.00 per night to park, this is a little high for where the lot was located. Room was nice . Elevator key almost never worked, pool very small
-
Customer service at the front desk was rude and the restaurant White Limozen upstairs is overworked and the food was terrible
-
Beautiful hotel close to Vanderbilt and downtown Nashville. Walkable restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Not my style

Lovely atmosphere and vibe Would definitely return on another Nashville trip

It would make a great stay for a girl’s trip. It’s family “friendly” but if we go back with kids I would choose a different place. I wish we would have known upfront that the pool is not freely accessible, even just to walk out to.
-
It was mentioned the pool was a part of the amenities. However it was not part of the hotel and cost 100 for a daybed each day. It wasn’t ideal when it gets booked out so quickly
-
The hotel was super cute and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved it!!! The rooms are beautiful!! We felt like a princess. The beds are comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice sized with an awesome shower. They have alot to offer and the Valet was perfect. We will be back...Highly recommend.

Also, when I had questions about the pool, the restaurant and parking, the standard answer was that is a 3rd party and we cannot answer the question. That was frustrating.

Great place to stay!

When I booked the trip, it was not clearly noted on the website that the pool area is a separate entity from the hotel. Guests must pay $40 per person, plus taxes and fees, to use the pool. I was very disappointed because photos of the pool were included in the hotel photos and was one of the reasons I chose to stay there. Also, parking is not included. You have to pay anywhere between $50-62 per each 24 hour increment to self-pay to park. The cost was different each day I was there. I stayed for two nights and had to end up paying for 72 hours of parking. Those faults aside, the hotel itself is very nicely decorated and clean. There were musicians playing in the lobby in the evening which was nice to listen to.

It is an all around fun hotel.

Loved, Loved. The only suggestion is have tea, and coffee out at all hours for guests.

Property is clean and updated but very basic. Examples include minimal bathroom essentials such as towels and in room coffee which consists of a pot of boiling water and instant coffee. Not so acceptable in 2026. Perhaps the biggest downside was parking costs. At $55 per night, this really needs to be mentioned upon reserving a room. Ended up $20 in on fees before I was made aware of hotel prices. Options are limited but way too expensive for that location.
