Clean room pleasant staff

The staff were so nice and the hotel is the cutest. We enjoyed our stay. The Nashville treats, free water, and $20 daily room credit were a nice surprise. The pool is very very tiny we had reservations and canceled because it was so small. For a hotel obviously geared towards females I would say a better blow dryer and a mirror over the desk so you have more getting ready areas than just the bathroom would improve the property. But it was a really nice cute hotel and I would recommend and stay again.

Staff was excellent. The lack of an ice machine on the floor was an inconvenience. The bags of ice frozen together made using it impossible. But once again every employee I engaged with was hreat

The rooms were beautiful and clean. Spent good money and still couldn’t use pool unless I paid extra? Crazy

All the employees were super informative and helpful with restaurant recommendations, sites to see etc. Valet parking was a little pricey but once we parked, we took Uber everywhere. The hotel is adorable. I loved everything about it. The roof top bar was really a fun experience and the coffee shop in the lobby was very good. We only got to stay one night but really enjoyed it.

Everything was perfect. We had the best service and the hotel staff is the sweetest and the rooms are adorable. I loved my entire stay.

The Graduate is all about the vibe. Lots of bachelorettes which you need to be prepared for. Employees not very talkative during check in and seemed to be bothered. Coffee shop needs help very slow service and finally just gave up trying to get coffee.

Personally I feel this hotel could have spent a little more on the practical and a little less on the ‘quirky’ decor. Not a ‘bad’ hotel by any means but definitely not worth the money per night compared to other Hilton hotels. Period.
