Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza

Was under construction but nice.

Everything was excellent. I stayed for the weekend for the 4th of July celebration. As every year, we traveled from Alabama. The staff was very attentive and courteous, especially Mr. Van and a guy from the cafeteria whose name I can't remember, but he was there on Saturday afternoon.

Hotel was beautiful , very clean and great location . The staff was very nice and friendly! The parking was very expensive, should be free or affordable for guests. Overall we had an amazing experience!! Love the hotel!!

I stay at lowes wherever I can, always clean, staff is always helpful and polite.

Stayed 5 nights with my son whilst we attended a concert at Nissan Stadium. We stayed in a double queen on the top floor. Rooms have recently undergone complete renovation. Super clean and very comfy beds. Daily service. Everything about our stay felt like a home away from home. Staff very friendly and professional. I wish every hotel was this good.

His kindness, professionalism, and commitment to outstanding guest service went above and beyond our expectations. It's employees like Kenyan who turn a great stay into an unforgettable one. We left feeling appreciated and well cared for, and we can't wait to stay at Loews again the next time we're in Nashville. Highly recommend!

However, there were two major issues that affected our stay. The scent throughout the hotel was very strong and overwhelming, and it caused problems for my asthma and environmental sensitivities. This was not clearly advertised in advance, and had I known, I likely would not have booked this property. There was also extremely noisy construction during our stay, and we were not given advance notice of this. That was disappointing, as it significantly affected the comfort of the stay. Overall, the location and amenities were good, but the scent and construction noise made the stay difficult.

I can’t even begin to give this establishment enough praise. Everyone from the parking staff to the desk/check-in staff were amazing. Our room was upgraded and was absolutely beautiful. We were there for three short hours and received a call that a family member died unexpectedly. The staff was amazing, told us to do what we needed to and the charges would all be waived. I hope we get a chance to return to this hotel. Other businesses could learn from Loews about treating people compassionately and respectively. Thank you for your kindness.

This was one of the best stays I have ever had! All staff were warm, friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. They treated us like we were celebrities every day! If I ever make it back to Nashville, I will certainly stay here again. I can not wait to return!

Great service

My wife and mother in law had breakfast at the hotel. They said it was awful and that they greatly would have preferred a Waffle House. This is a major hotel and is quite expensive, but they had no concierge. The hotel was under construction with constant construction noise (think jackhammers) throughout the day. The main entrance was all blocked off. Yet they continued to charge full rates for the truly miserable experience of staying there.

Great access to Vanderbilt. Construction was a tad annoying to have going on but was quiet in our room and out most of the day so little to no impact
