Beautiful hotel, clean rooms

Immaculate room cleanliness. Amazing staff, very knowledgeable. Parking is paid on site covered garage. The only issue, inconvenience, that we had was the ongoing construction out front which if your room number is the odd number side you are certain to hear, and allows no access to the front of the hotel so you have to walk around the back of building.

Nice hotel. Remodel is looking good. I wish the air conditioning wasn’t controlled to a point where it doesn’t cool and turns off when you sleep. That’s ruins the night.

I travel to Nashville a few times per year and typically stay at the Lowes. I will not be staying there until the construction is complete

Loved that the room had a hand held steamer.

There is major construction happening in this hotel and its been ongoing. the main entrance is completely blocked off. nwe had to enter thru the back employee entrance. no visible signs or instructions. elevators were running but contractors painting on ladders, caulcing, drapes on the floor, loud noises. for a luxury hotel you should let your guest now ahead of booking and give them a choice. this is major renovations and not the luxury stay i was expecting. it was a nuisance and a sore sight. one of your staff was very off putting and rude but a hotel manager stepped in and apologized.

Very expensive for the inconvenience of the on going construction and no vending machines on site. Parking was insanely expensive. However, staff was very friendly and personable.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff was amazing, shoutout to Van, he was so kind and welcoming. The space and location is amazing. Loved the atmosphere. Can’t wait to be back in Nashville to stay at this hotel!

The only thing I had an issue with was the pillows were a bit soft for my liking and the temperature didnt go low enough. But thats only if I had to find something to complain about.

Parking was a little difficult due to the rebooted doing. Making the right turn into the area for garage is narrow for trucks or large SUV’s

The room was beautiful the hotel was clean .they just had a lot of construction going on during my stay.

The bathroom was not clean and there was left over food left in the room!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The hotel lobby & restaurant are under major construction. The food options in the hotel are extremely limited due to the restaurant being closed. You must enter and leave through the parking garage. There is no bell service for help with luggage. The rooms should be discounted for the quality of the hotel during this period.
