There was bed bugs in the bed and room service didn't come to clean the room until we asked them to despite having a policy they come every 2 days

The shuttle was a great convenience to get to music row. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Great stay!

I liked the staff they were extremely helpful I didn’t like the key cards where you can only get to your floor, I get the safety measure but tit doesn’t allow you to get to your family who may be on separate floors. Other fan that my stay was great!

The ladies at front desk were amazing! They were very helpful and kind! They allowed my family to enjoy the lobby playing family games all not and not once complained or seemed upset by us being a little loud! Their names were Darlene and Antonia!

The breakfast had several choices and plenty of space for lots of guests. Great coffee. The only parking is valet or street pay by hour parking- valet parking is $45. The shower soap was not filled up and when I asked for some I was asked to come down and retrieve it. When asking about parking an attitude was given that I could get a ticket if I wanted to. However, later to find out street parking is free overnight and on sundays. The hotel also has a shuttle they will take you downtown if you request but there's no sign to let you know it’s available and walking down to broadway is a bit difficult because of the area of this hotel. The pool is a nice and peaceful 3-4 ft relaxing pool. Not many guests were using it, which was nice. You are within walking distance of the Parthenon. One lady at the desk was very kind and helpful but other was snarky. The hotel was clean on the inside and well maintained. There have a beer tap for $8 per glass with a good selection. The stay was adequate but in comparison to other hotels and amenities in the area at the same price or less, I would suggest look elsewhere because a hotel room for $236, parking at $45 and a hotel fee for no reason at $5. You can get closer to downtown with parking, a city view and amenities and not hunt down your soap. And they will probably greet you with a smile.

All of the staff from the valet to the custodian was extremely polite & made sure all of our needs were met. Special thank you to Antonio (maintenance) was very knowledgeable of our situation & got it taken care of very efficiently.

Clean room, staff very helpful, so easy you can help yourself to a coffee, get snacks at the little store-simple but so convenient. Staff were great, thank you 😊

We were very impressed with the layout of the lobby and breakfast area. It is a distance to the elevators is the only negative for older people.

Very nice rooms and foyer and breakfast area. Clean and modern. I especially appreciate the single serve coffee machines, and real-door bathrooms.

Staff was amazing, property well kept and clean. Loved the included shuttle to Downtown Nashville 10/10. I felt very welcome here.

The hotel and the room were nice and clean and did the job. The only issue I have is the $54/night valet. There is no self parking option. Thankfully I’d already checked that and got parking across the street for cheaper, but if you don’t check, that could be very costly.
