The main hotel (check-in) system was down for 6 hours, so we couldn’t check-in. Had to get ready to go out in the lobby bathroom. Then spent dinner worrying that we wouldn’t have a hotel room that night and looking for alternatives. We did end up being able to check-in at around 9:00 pm, but it had basically ruined the evening? And what did the hotel do to make up for it? Not a darn thing. I understand things like this happen, so I’m not mad that it happened. But not doing anything to make up for the major inconvenience is not ok.

Everything was great: staff, rooms, hotel, breakfast. Only downside was the cost to park.

The staff were very friendly. The shower in our room took ages to get warm. The AC unit was loud and woke me up multiple times. The breakfast was truly the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel.

We loved that we had a kitchen and dishes, utensils, and pots to use, the fridge kept everything super cold, and we liked the dishwasher. We absolutely loved the spacious room to where it had a living room and nice bedroom with comfortable beds and pillows! We loved everything about the room, and the view of Rothschild College was nice. We liked the free breakfast every morning. We liked that there was a pool but with it being inside it was so cold, but the kids didn’t mind lol. The staff was very helpful! We also liked that there was a free shuttle to take us near downtown and pick us back up so we didn’t have to walk or drive and try to find somewhere to park and pay for parking.

Very clean, staff was great! Breakfast was wonderful! One older lady that wasn’t very kind about getting towels and stated there were none for pool or our room!

Next morning that gal, E, was also great. No complaints there. Breakfast was good, not hot, but lots of choices. Even my picky grandson had something to eat.
