They provided cleaning.once in two weeks. Restocked items in the room only when we called and asked. The breakfast was tolerable but not good. We were beyond dissatisfied and would NOT recommend to anyone. The only thing positive was the shuttle within miles

Amazing stay right across the street from Vandy!
-
It was clean and the rooms were big There was no hot water at night or the next morning and staff was informed
-
Fantastic stay definitely will stay again N/a

Pros: Everyone was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the property was conveniently located near Vanderbilt. Cons: The street noise was terribly loud all night and the pillows were old and lumpy (we actually went to Costco and bought new ones on our second night).

There was NO WATER for showering or washup/shaving, most of TUESDAY!!! No one said anything about it except put a note in the elevators that no one even cared to notice, since nowadays people, once they get inside the elevators, look at their smartphones or talk with each other about their next appointment/event. I had a similar experience in China at a Marriott property during wintertime due to a water supply line burst from extremely low temperatures, with no sunshine. Not only did the hotel GM personally apologize to each and every guest near the main door, but they also REFUNDED the room charges to everyone! This is called HOSPITALITY and taking care of the cliens/guests.

The property and the convenience of the proximity to downtown was perfect!! The only thing that I did not like was that the staff did nothing about another hotel guest who repeatedly left their dog alone in the room above us and the dog barked all night. This happened 2 nights in a row which kept us up. Despite us complaining to hotel staff several times, they did not seem too concerned and said they would "look into it". While I understand it is a pet friendly hotel, patrons should not be allowed to leave their pets alone if their pet is going to be a nuisance. As a pet owner myself, I would never bring my dog to a hotel because I know how much she barks and would hate to ruin someone else stay.

Breakfast was nice for a continental breakfast

Clean room, clean Lobby, clean driveway, parking lot. Loved the breakfast. Good location. Safe. Will be coming back to stay again on future trips to Nashville.

The first room we were in was amazing, but the water heater wasn’t working so they moved us. The next room, somebody didn’t clean well and there was dog poop behind the chair in the bedroom and food all over the couch in the living room. Then they moved us to another room, this one was a lot better and cleaner for sure. The pool was clean and fun. My youngest loved her time there. It was a one night stay for a doctors visit. During all of this the staff was very helpful and reasonable. They gave us free parking for the inconvenience and apologized numerous times. I would definitely stay to there again.

Great stay! Clean and smelled good.

The hotel staff is very good! We did not have hot water in our room, they promptly changed our room. The location is convenient with many places within walking distance.

Will be back.

Great room, great service
-
Dates bathroom. They do not clean or change towels daily. Not as good as expected

One of the biggest issues was the hot water. It took a minimum of 25 minutes for the water to get even slightly warm, and it never actually got hot. This was extremely frustrating and definitely not what I would expect from a Hilton property. Getting towels was another unnecessary hassle. It literally felt like pulling teeth just to get towels delivered to our room. I called the front desk several times and also used the app to communicate our request, yet we still struggled to receive something as basic as clean towels. Overall, the property was just okay, but the experience did not match the price we paid or the standard I associate with the Hilton name. When you pay a premium to stay at a well-known property, you expect the basic necessities hot water, clean towels, and responsive service to be readily available. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and for the amount we spent, I expected much more.
