Room was clean and AC worked well Front desk staff was rude. When we checked out at 5am the person who came from the back office was barefoot and loudly on the phone. They tried charging me for 2 stays after failing to update my dates on the first one. The front desk staff when we first arrived were very unprofessional and talked about us in front of us saying “as long as we get paid I don’t care” talking about the room mix up. The hotel had 2 elevators with one always being down and the only one up taking 5 minutes to work. The hallways were constantly dirty.

We checked in on a Tuesday, they didn't clean our room until Friday. We had to ask multiple times for towels and toilet paper. There were 2 elevators, I didn't work til friday, and there other didn't work on Wednesday am, it was fixed later that day. The breakfast was terrible. We asked several times for pool towels but they were never brought out. One reclining chair was broken in the pool area. The pool was pretty dirty, lots of dead bugs floating on top. The bedroom was roomy and pretty nice but the bed was hard. Overall pretty disappointed!

This was our first time staying here, and we were a bit disappointed. When we walked in the receptionist looked miserable and did not let us know any information regarding pool or check out. We were told that parking is $100 per night. Definitely not worth it. We went up to the room and while heading up the elevator goes out of service and smells nothing but cigarette smoke. When we got to our room, it was a very big space but there were stains EVERYWHERE. In the shower, the bathroom, the room. Every corner you see there were stains of rust. I noticed that our amenities also weren’t filled to the top and also one of the shower amenities was broken. I wouldn’t stay here again. And for the rate I paid? Way too expensive. The breakfast is mid. Not all that but people are disgusting, they do not cover there mouths while sneezing or coughing.

Not very clean. Beds are awful. Paying to park at the place you rent is ridiculous. I won’t stay there again.

I booked through a hotel site, was quoted a price. We had a late booking, to which we called ahead to notify the front desk. When arrived was over charged by $120.00 over the agreed price. I have confirmation number. The Hotel seems not the cleanest. Had issues with the bathtub, standing water. Notified from desk, they said they would send someone to fix it. Nobody ever showed. Ask on my reservation for a king size bed, got 2 queens. The front desk Maria, said that's what I get for booking through a Hotel website. Never AGAIN.

Good location between downtown and the park to the northwest. I didn’t like how you have to pay for parking ($40 a day). The breakfast was okay, though I opted to eat elsewhere. One of the elevators wasn’t working the whole time I was there for 3 days. Pool was nice. Rooms were clean though housekeeping never came in once.

Great location, breakfast was god but they took out the cereal must of ran out of milk maybe whoever is in charge of breakfast could take better stock of there inventory

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The lack of selection at breakfast.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The room seemed decently clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. They changed waffle flavors almost daily and usually had a different breakfast meat choice. However, the elevator was a little sketchy. One was out the entire time and the only one working went out during the day in the middle of our stay. The fire department came around knocking on doors. They seemed to get it fixed quickly though. Our only other problem was the beds. The bed was so hard and stiff that I woke up multiple times in the middle of the night uncomfortable. Then during the day my partner and I had such horrible back pain that it really interfered with our daily activities.

Close to hospital.large spacious rooms with kitchen and cooking area with seperate bedrooms Nothing

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Breakfast and main entrance was very appealing My room ac unit was leaking. My bed made noise all night. It was rust and hair everywhere and the toilet ran for what seem to be 10 whole minutes

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Hotel was overall clean, however, we’ve stayed here a few times in different rooms and all the shower floors feel like your walking on concrete and the elevator was not working but no signs were posted

    Cosmetically B+.

Biggest issue was that it was @40 a night to park so I feel the price was a bit deceiving. Listed much lower than others in the area but when you add the parking it is the same.
