The staff were helpful when our room got missed to be cleaned and we quickly were given a new room. The downside was we had to pack up our belongings and move. The breakfast had a nice assortment but people were complaining that the hash browns were just emptied in a chafing down and warmed they weren't cooked. The breakfast staff could be more attentive as we saw a few guests knock on the door where the staff prep breakfast to ask for more cream cheese etc

There was one working elevator for hundreds of guests on 4th of July weekend. The outdoor pool had a half-wall and we watched people from outside the parking area walk right in. Wasn’t too comforting to feel like we were swimming in a safe and clean environment considering we had seen several homeless also on the property. Maybe have more staff outside patrolling to ensure it was a safe and clean environment considering or have access to the pool using a pool key only.

Only had one elevator working. The room was clean but the rest of the facility did not seem so clean. Should advertise that it cost $35 for self park on top of room rate.
-
Molds on the bathtub when we walked in, the room smelled moldy as well

Awesome experience! Very clean and the from desk was nice and helpful with dinner plans.
-
No hot water even after moving to another room.

Dislike paying to park!

Nice hotel. Off the beaten path but an easy enough uber anywhere. Uber drivers always had a hard time finding this exact location as there are others in the area. Hotel clean and quiet. Had to ask to have room cleaned. Decent stay, would stay there again.

This Hampton Inn has the best staff. I cannot express how genuine the staff was to our needs. Good location near Vandy. Dated inside would be my only suggestion to make this property better.
-
Only two elevators and both were in I’ll repair. After getting stuck twice, we had to walk the stairs up and down to the 7th floor.

Parking fees were a fun addition.

Staff was great! The hotel needs security out front. Every time we sat outside waiting on a rideshare, a homeless person was harassing someone. Also, the hotel needs a remodel. Lots of mold in the bathroom ceiling and halls. Behind the front desk, they had buckets catching water from the ceiling. Breakfast was good !

Great place to stay rooms was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Parking fees are high..
-
The bathroom shower are dirty and not proper ventilation ( no fans). The front desk staff acting very stress's out ! Not kindly or smiling face!

The hotel was very dirty and our room had ants in it and also bed sheets had blood stains on them. Hotel has gone down hill and I will never stay there again. Hotel is older and outdated and rooms are also dirty. Hotel also over charges for onsite parking.

Rooms well kept, staff very helpful and loved the breakfast & coffee every morning. I’m looking forward to the refund of $180 deposit held for damages, I felt that was a bit in the high side.

I’ve stayed here with my kids in the past for swim meets and have always enjoyed my stay. I booked a room for my husband and son for another swim meet since the location is perfect and it was just the two of them. Hamptons always offer several options at breakfast, including waffles. My son was disappointed when he could not get waffles the first 2 mornings. My husband questioned the attendant directly for a reason and her response was that it got too busy with all the swimmers and she didn’t want to put them out until after the swimmers left, She did put the waffle irons out around 8am, but then they needed to heat up before they could be used, My husband was able to get a waffle, but my son didn’t have the option. There was an attendant the 3rd morning and she did have the waffle options out for the swimmers. I thought this was strange, but I guess the policy has changed since last summer. Fortunately there’s an Homewood across the street that we have also stayed at without any issues. After their stay, we’ll just book there for the next swim meet.

Was in a double room. One bed had a flat sheet and one bed had a fitted sheet. Neither had a full set of sheets. Was no hair dryer in the room but they brought us one.

This was not revealed until I booked the room.
