The hotel did not seem very well maintained, and basic services were a constant hassle. Towels were difficult to get throughout the stay, and one day there were no towels available at all. Our room was never cleaned, and I eventually had to ask the front desk for trash bags so we could take care of the trash ourselves. I had also reserved our room months in advance, but when we arrived, the room type I had booked was not available. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, and while I understand they may have been dealing with staffing or other challenges, the overall experience fell well below what I have come to expect from Hampton. I was disappointed because I specifically chose Hampton based on consistently good experiences at other locations. I hope management addresses the housekeeping, towel availability, and staffing issues so future guests have a better experience.

We had a studio suit which was very comfortabel. Lots of room to relax. Had to pay for parking which was very expensive. Bathroom in our room was in desparate need of update. Breakfast was very average.

For sure recommend to family and friends. A family member had to stay here because she was in a car wreck, and her mother was still in vanderbilt. I booked them a room there and told the staff What was going on. As soon as they got there, they literally asked how the mother was. And said that they was going to pray for them. They also comped the parking. They went above and beyond for my family Members. They told me they felt so comfortable staying there and the place was the Nicest hotel they had ever stayed in. They literally cried for the blessing of the hotel and the family and friends that were helping them through this terrible time. It will still be another month of her mother at the hospital. So this will probably be where she will stay. And she is perfectly fine with this. She loved the place and the staff. Thank you to the hotel and staff for making my family feel safe and for the beds being very comfortable, her words

Hotel and staff were great. Unfortunately they didn’t mention ahead of time that their parking lot was run by a third party company cost $140 for the weekend.

Disappointing

Hotel is not very clean. Walls and carpets are dirty. I didnt hear a vacuum when housekeeping cleaned rooms nearby. Our room was not cleaned and we were not provided towels, even after requesting. Rooms smelled of mold. Guests next door were so loud that it made it impossible to sleep.

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the elevators was broken and the other was very slow so walking to the fifth floor was the better option. Other than that, I would recommend staying at this property. Good value for the quality.
