The staff are so helpful and kind. The shuttle service was amazing. Didn’t have to worry about ordering Ubers on the 4th of July to get down to broadway.

They are outstanding, friendly and courteous. I will always book from them the next time I come to Nashville, TN. Everything in one place food, dining and entertainment. And lodging. Thank you

Hotel is great and clean , has a great pool with towels supplied. Breakfast has plenty of choice, also has a free shuttle bus into to town and drivers are good and knowledgeable.

Our first room we were given had a smell, but when we wasn’t to go ask to change to a better room, the room was great and looked like they had recently renovated it. Definitely a way better room

Got placed on 12th floor. Hallway on that floor had no AC as it was being replaced. Room had AC eventually but was hot at first. Balcony is pretty much unusable as the AC blows heat right onto you. Toilet barely flushed. And when I was showering getting ready to leave in the morning the water totally shut off. Zero pressure. Sink didn’t work either. Eventually worked again after spitting out brown water. Went to front desk to see what could be done but was told “it was only out for 10 minutes”.

Breakfast was great! The staff are very friendly and the hotel was clean. They provided free water and ice which was very helpful. They also had live music at the restaurant which was very enjoyable. Additionally, they provide a shuttle to broadway and this runs all day plus half of the night. Very convenient.

However the final night of our stay, our smoke detector started chirping at 1:30 am. We called the front desk and the attendant said he was the only person on duty. We looked for a battery to remove, but the detector was hardwired. He couldn't come look at it and there was no maintenance person on duty. The hotel was sold out, so there was not an available room to move us to, I guess. A maintenance person was eventually called, but it was after we had made the decision to just leave, since it was our last night at the hotel. Even then it would have been an hour or more before the maintenance person could come try to fix the problem. The hotel staff did follow-up and did not charge us for the final night of our stay that got cut short. Glad it didn't happen in the middle of our stay.

Located across from Centennial park for easy access to walking trails

Some of the cleaning staff did not speak English but always found someone who did. We found that the coffee place was very expensive.

The property was very nice but the staff was extrordinary. People make the property. So friendly, professional and helpful. Everyone goes above and beyond for everyone without even asking...and always with a personal touch and a genuine smile for you.
