Friendly helpful staff, I used the shuttle to downtown locations several times. Room was clean.

I was surprised by how clean it was, the bed was comfortable and the room service breakfast was pretty good. I also appreciated the free shuttle to the main areas.

We loved the restaurant commodore grille and the room was very neat and well maintained. The restaurant staff were amazing and Regina brought a cheese cake when I mentioned it was my wife's birthday and made the band sing for her. Truly appreciated. A lively spot to have dinner with live music every night The person who checked us in did not give us the breakfast coupons, but we got it from the reception the following day.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, restaurant was great. Provided shuttle every half hour to Broadway. Will definitely go back.

The room was clean. However, the A/C no matter how low we set the temperature, could not keep up and actually cool the room. I got the impression that the break ins were a common occurrence due to the lack of empathy from the staff. The room was good for the amount, but be aware of where you are and maybe pay the extra amount to park in front of the hotel.

Booking . Com messed my booking up and said we had no room , even though I booked it a year ago for part of our wedding. The holiday inn staff sorted me and my wife a room out and even sent a wedding card and a little present to cheer my wife up. Great service by all the Holiday inn team. Thanks Booking . This property offered shuttle service to downtown. That was a great cost savings! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our balcony allowed us to see the Vandy football game, it was a great view of the outside of the stadium. Couldn’t see the actual game, but we could hear and see the scene going on outside…it was great!
