Great stay!

First room freaked of cigarettes even tho its non smoking, not staff fault but no way housekeeping missed it. Second room we got moved to was great. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were goot too.

Overall the property was good and I would stay again if I had to. The staff was nice and the property was clean. My only complaints are that the parking needs some revision. I paid the $25 a night and my card would hardly ever work to get it in and out of the garage so it was frustrating. Also the pool was only 3ft all around it was legitimately a kiddie pool even though in the pictures it looks way bigger. Overall, For a short trip it wasn’t bad!!

Overall I really liked it. It was quiet, clean and I felt comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had for a nicely priced hotel. They had more than enough options and kept refilling during the entire breakfast

A very special Thank You to Sandrecka at Front Reception who treated my family and I as valued guests and always ready to take care of any needs with extreme professionalism and courtesy. Her personality was a big factor in having a great experience at the hotel. Other positives are: 1) breakfast had a good variety and well stocked, 2) housekeeping kept the hotel and rooms very clean, and 3) the coffee bar is a great amenity. Room for improvement would be if the pool was heated as even though it was the middle of summer with temperatures in the 90's and high humidity, the pool was slightly "colder" than expected.

Parking garage with clean and easy to navigate. Front desk staff were very nice.

Location Room we booked (2 queens) was “oversold” and one in our party had to sleep on a pullout sofa. Lots of teens (ball team?) roaming facilities. Loud disturbance outside our door after bedtime.

Breakfast was excellent , Parking was not what I viewed when I did my reservation. I have the email from booking showing $15 per night, but was charged $25 per night even after showing the front desk clerk .

Fairfield saved the day! We were unable to check in at our original hotel (121 Hotel) due to not being sent access codes and no on site staff for checking in but Fairfield graciously took us in so we could get some sleep. Good little pizza place across the street was still open so we were also able to get some dinner.

Location and staff were great. The room was comfortable. I had to put the sheets on the sofa bed. Reserved the room for 3, felt the sheets should have been put on the sofa bed.

The location was perfect for what we were in town for. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. Room was very clean. The check in was not great as there was very limited parking in front of facility and you had to self park in the parking garage that was very tight parking which was not ideal for me in a dark underground garage. The staff was not super friendly checking us in as it was busy and only one person working desk. However once we got parked and checked in the facility served our one night stay adequately,

The staff was outstanding and had the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had.

Clean room, nice staff exhalent breakfast and great parking. Also quiet.

We had a quick weekend trip here and loved it! Great breakfast, nice (small, but well appointed) gym, and comfortable rooms. Easy to stream Netflix as well, something many hotels do poorly!
