The location does not even have balcony rooms. I recieved a small refund but def will not be booking here again. The city view was very minimum. def check out the MOTIF hotel for a better experience.

Parking was very good and underground. Food was very good with many options. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel was very clean, everything worked, staff were friendly and helpful. However, my 5 year old daughter got bit by a bed bug. She has a line of bites up her inner thigh right where the seam of her pajama pants were, as well as a few sporadic bites in the same area on her other inner thigh. I called and reported it to the 800 number. Was told I would “hear back in 3-5 business days.” I called the front desk (as I did not know of the bites until we had checked out and gone) and was told the manager was in a meeting but someone would get back to me “immediately” it’s been 7 hours now and no one has called me. I mainly did not want anyone else checking in to room 412 until it was handled. They obviously don’t seem to care much about this.
