Sheets in bed were dirty and had to request to have them changed 3 times. Stopper in bathroom sink broken, asked 4 times to have it repaired although it never happened. Breakfast was fine although it became quite repetitive after a few nights. Also cold with no facilities for heating it up

The room was nice.the front desk was not as helpful as I expected. The shuttle driver Judy was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was good and the help in the kitchen was very nice.

The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were not as comfortable to me. The pool was small. Breakfast was great and all the staff were helpful and courteous. The shuttle when it was available was great for getting to Broadway. The lobby was beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Only niggles that breakfast didn't have enough seating for weekend and small menu which wasn't followed always. Staff were all lovely and friendly, always helpful. Would stay again.

The shuttle service to downtown was very useful and pleasant. The driver was very accommodating and fun to chat with.

Parking was expensive and we could have found a cheaper stay at a comparable hotel with free parking. The hotel did offer a free shuttle. My wife used it to go shopping, but had to Uber back to the hotel because the bus broke down and couldn’t pick her up.

From check in to check out, everything and everyone we interacted with were helpful and friendly. The pool was nice and quiet. Definitely one of the better breakfast setups, with a wonderful variety to suit every taste. Valet guys, big shout out to them too. Will be coming back after this experience for sure.
