Rooms are nice. The pool is pretty neat! Only downside is hearing the people stomp around all the time

The entire staff was exceptional

We always love our stays at element. Courteous attentive staff, above average breakfast and a shuttle to conveniently get you around town. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Valet employees were superb. they were helpful and accommodating. Staff employees not so much. I’m pcsing ahead of my husband and this was an overnight stay as I passed through with our two dogs. I was charged two pet fees when the booking listing states $50 PER accommodation NOT per pet. And when I asked if someone could bring up a luggage cart since I was traveling by myself and had the two dogs, you would have thought I was just annoying the front desk staff. I’m really disappointed in the staff but the hotel itself was convenient to Centennial park, clean, and comfortable. Do better staff for the accommodations you provide.

Great stay, great breakfast, and great valets!!
-
The free shuttle service is a great idea, lovely staff. Great breakfast and a really nice hotel.
-
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was very good and a good variety of food. I loved the fact that they had a free shuttle to Broadway, saved us Uber fees for one way atleast :).
-
Not sure what the lobby lounge fee is on my bill. This fee was obviously not included in the estimated cost through Expedia
-
Pool was disappointing. Had a lot of green algae and I went and told front desk but nothing was ever done for the rest of the trip
-
Great Property - took staff a lot to help because it was very understaffed!
-
Friendly staff. Nice facility
-
Excellent place to stay while visiting Nashville! Close to Broadway, but far enough for quite nights!
-
Great hotel for the price! Only thing I believe is false advertising is that it is Valet Only for $45 (including tax) each night. The hotels.com website states Parking Available but if you dig further 4 more clicks and scrolls it says valet for $38 and to call to reserve additional parking. No additional parking existed. For families on a budget this is a big unexpected expense. Pool is very small but great for what we needed. Breakfast was enjoyable each morning. Ms. Sharon is the general manager and she was amazing. David checked us in and could use a course in hospitality. Overall it was a great experience.
