Hotel looked promising. The room smelled like sour feet. Went to turn on the shower and water pooled up between the floor tiles and mold. The manager said it was green glue to close the cracks but it was definitely black mold. So to rectify the problem I was given a room two down and that floor was also bubbling with water but smelled much more pleasant. They could definitely do with a bigger pool for families. There was also a large group staying there and they were placed on multiple floors instead one floor. Most of the evening into the early morning was loud with yelling running and banging in the hall and the rooms. Prior to checking out the maintenance man had come up to the room while I was going to get breakfast and I told him to come back after we check out because my child is asleep in the room, and then my child notifies me by text message that the person just used the key card and walked into the room while she was sleeping. She was absolutely terrified. For all the things happening it definitely was not worth the rate we were charged.

everything was wonderful and clean. the staff went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t appreciate it more. we can’t wait to stay here again!

We could see the light works from the pool which was an awesome experience.

Don’t trust the listing on the parking, valet is the only option unless you want to pay over $50/day for a parking garage 3 blocks away. The pool had overflowing trash outside and it’s a very small pool. The sinks in the room one didn’t even have warm water, both had terrible water pressure, mold in the shower, water damage/sticky vinyl in the bathroom, not to mention none of my questions were answered by staff before my stay, I just kept getting multiple pre-made messages with no response to any questions I had.

Lovely clean Hotel with good Breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Jude the Shuttle Driver and David on Reception. A little outside Downtown Nashville but good Bus service and the free Shuttle Service the Hotel provides is a real bonus as it will take you anywhere within 5 miles. Couldn't really fault it.

The complimentary breakfast and shuttle was such a perk!!

The biggest issue was the parking. We got a great rate on the room, but the cost of parking was surprisingly expensive. Had we known how much valet parking would add to the overall cost, we likely would have booked elsewhere. It was also frustrating that the valet service operates as a separate company from the hotel, making the whole process feel disconnected. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We did run into an issue when we discovered there were no clean bath towels after I had already gotten into the shower. Thankfully, the front desk responded quickly and brought towels right away, but it was still an inconvenient surprise. The only other disappointment was the view from our room, which overlooked the second-floor pool equipment rather than anything scenic. Overall, the hotel itself was fine, and the staff did their best to address our concerns. However, the unexpected parking costs and a few housekeeping oversights kept this from being a stay we would choose again.

We had a great stay at the Element when visiting Nashville. It was a quick Uber ride to Broadway however not a lot of shopping or places to eat around the hotel. That was OK for us, as every day we went down to Broadway and took all the sites and sounds down there. The beds were super comfortable. The continental breakfast was OK, we are just not big fans of continental breakfasts. But definitely a nice hotel to stay at while visiting Nashville.

The property was clean, valet was great and breakfast was good.

Friendly and helpful staff, super clean inside and outside grounds , good breakfast
-
Valet Parking was a tad expensive for 3 nights; however, the location & property itself was very nice. I’d consider this hotel again for a short trip.

The free shuttle was awesome and was able to drop us off really close to broadway. The breakfast was delicious with many options. And the staff were very helpful and accommodating!

I didn't like anything about this place. I got downgraded with no notice and had to jump through hoops to get reimbursed for the difference in price. The room I was given was across from the ice machine and every night at 2am, loud knocking woke us up. I paid quite a bit for vallet parking and received a bill in the mail for said parking because the hotel didn't tell the owner of the parking spaces that we paid them. I had to jump through hoops for that too because the hotel was no help. Don't waste your money at this place.

Our room was huge, including a full kitchen -- easily housing our family of five. The kids feasted on the breakfast buffet and the close bus stop and hotel shuttle made getting around downtown a breeze.
-
The room was very spacious and the breakfast provided was exceptional! Highly recommend this hotel as it has a shuttle ride to Broadway area as well. There’s a cut off to take you I believe no later than 7:30 PM …but it takes you. You can just Uber back when you are done enjoying the night life. The only down fall was having to have valet parking …You just can’t go to your car as you please if you forget anything or just need a simple trip. However, the valley was fast and they are efficient. It was just a little inconvenient for us for others it may work out perfect. Overall, it was a fantastic hotel to stay at for our Friday to Monday’s stay.
