Hyatt House Nashville at Vanderbilt

Room was over priced for the size of the room compared to other rooms that were booked. Was my 32nd Anniversary & I booked a Suite & was given room 921 & room was too small. Was not pleased with room @ all👎

The area of the hotel felt safe enough to walk around and it was easy to grab a Lyft or Uber. We walked to Little Rey's twice because the location was convenient and the food was really good! The hotel staff was helpful and the bar area was well maintained and clean. This is not in an area for shopping of any kind but we were in and out for a concert so we took a Lyft to other areas to explore. The only negative for me was what I deemed to be a dog smell in the carpet on our floor (8th). Basic room; nothing out of the ordinary but it worked just fine!

Close proximity to the surgery center. High cost of parking.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool was clean and easily accessible. The staff are excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The only bad thing is the price of parking for the night.. $40/night plus tax!

Will stay here again! Really good location. I just don’t like the $40 a day parking

My wife and I rented a king suite to visit one of our kids at nearby Vanderbilt University, and the location was great because it’s just across the street from the edge of campus. The kitchen & living room areas were very nice with a microwave, cooktop, and full size fridge that all seemed new or in great condition. The bedroom and bathroom were very nice and also seemed in like-new condition.

Very nice accommodations. I was a little disappointed there was no restaurant on site. The bar menu wasn't bad, but it was limited. The $40 per day parking fee is excessive. Plus, after I paid for my stay in full, the hotel attempted to run my card three (3) additional times. I never received a an explanation for that.

Nice new modern hotel in dowtown, close to all and to highway. Clean convinient!

The hotel has a great location to Vanderbilt and downtown. Property is well maintained. However, when we had to trade out our rental car due to maintenance issue, I came back to let front staff know and while she was helpful in obtaining my info, there was no follow through and I’m still waiting to see if they refunded my money.
