Hot as heck in the rooms

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Our experience was correct. the fact that the pool was not functional with heat, this disappointed us, too. My wife entered a small window in her foot that was on the carpet in our room also the doorknob that no longer worked. 9 out of 10 Service Degraded building with lots of places with seals causes water infiltration . 3/10 Lunch 7/10 Parkings 35 USD for day expensive cost.

The staff was amazing. The price was well worth it. Could use a little updating. I will stay here again

We noticed black mold in our bathroom. Overall a very good stay!

room had garbage under bed and bugs in bathroom

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

First room I was given smelled like raw sewage and got stronger towards the bath room. Second room I was given the ac did not work. Maintenance came and looked at it and said it was working but after an hour room was still 80⁰. Third room was finally what you expect in a normal hotel room. The desk clerk was extremely nice, apologetic and very helpful. The desk clerk was the only positive aspect.

The muffins The bathroom was dirty, the breakfast was cold some mornings, the elevator was extremely hot and the floors were busted in it, the pool was drained and busted, the room had a mildew smell to it, the toilet paper was almost empty, the sink had hair in it when we checked in, the bath tub leaked and the fridge froze up.

Hotel very out dated and needs work down in rooms able elevators. Elevators have types out of floors and are very hot. Room has mirror missing of of wall, toliet tank loose from stool and leaking, night light in bathroom loose in socket. Pay 35$ for self parking in a lot that isn't secured and the spaces are very small. Found out of I was a vanderbilt medical center patients I didn't need to pay, but that since I had already paid i couldn't get it back

The staff were alright.. not very friendly..with the exception of the Jamaican front desk attendant.. ahe was nice and helpful.. facilities are worn down, water leaks everywhere including in the dining area near the food and beverages during breakfast.. you have to pay for parking as a guest there.. very disappointing for the amount we paid to stay. We've stayed at a lot nicer facilities for less. The Hilton hotel (Green Hills)down the road is actual the same amount and is gorgeous The unpleasant staff we encountered on arrival

Staff was great, first room the AC did not work and they happily moved us to another room. Second room was fine, there was either make up or a stain on the sheet on one bed just a small part. Everything else was fine.

Unfortunately the sink in my room stayed clogged my entire visit. I’m not sure that the hotel had it looked at. Also, the pool was not available and I was not aware prior to booking.

Walked into room to see all drawers opened including refrigerator. Musty carpet. Torn drapery. Patched walls. Soap dispenser fell off wall. No tv remote. Doors had 3 locks. Odd. Had to wait for help at front desk.

Was a cheap stay near the city. But the hotel definitely wasn’t the cleanest. Room smelled like smoke when we walked in. Mold was growing on the bathroom door. Stains all over the lampshades. Would probably find something better next time.

Staff were very friendly. 1. Room was outdated and mouldy musty smell. 2. Shower had mould/ceiling stains was very unpleasant. 3. Shower/tub bottom not clean and unruly. 4. When we arrived we were not informed that the pool was broken for several days, when I asked for assistance regarding this matter I was not able to be accommodated. We could not use the pool the entire weekend, the entire purpose of the trip was to relax and use facilities. 5. The breakfast was okay. THE CEILING was leaking in the breakfast area and was near impossible to get any drinks/food. Quite hazardous. 6. The breakfast also outdated and not up to standard for the price - paper plates & plastic spoons. I would not recommend staying here if you are looking to use facilities and enjoy your stay. We paid nearly $500 dollars for three nights, in comparison to places in the same area you can stay in much nicer places & much better facilities. Nashville is expensive enough don’t waste you hard earned money on somewhere that is old, musty & quite frankly run to the ground.

Pool was busted up breakfast was good but I thought bacon and more fruit would've been available. Cable kept going out even when it wasn't raining but good night rest and good location

Close to every thing! We were with in 5 miles to lots of things to do. The room was updated and clean!! Pool was warm, clean and the kids were having a blast on the slide!! Nice hot tub area, but can still see kids in the pool! Steps going in and out of the pool are great for older people and young kids! I don’t have anything bad to say about things Hotel!!
