The room smelled a bit musty. The bathroom sink was VERY slow draining. Some of the outlets didn't work. We stayed for 4 nights and never once had our room cleaned by housekeeping. It was ok but I expect more from Hampton Inn.

No trash can in bathroom, wallpaper peeling off. Mattress shot sagged. Toilet barely flushed. Mosquitoes. Worst Hilton property I have ever stayed in! Hilton should be embarrassed!

rooms and furniture dated. couch faded red and looked dirty, making the rest of the room feel gross. staff very kind, but i dont think im gonna rebook here next work trip

We checked in at this hotel and about 15 minutes later, we checked out. Or room was dingy, old, and disgusting. Don’t know how old the carpet, furniture, sofa were. But all were old and we were unable to stay even an hour in the room. The bathroom seemed to have been updated except for the bathtub. It was about as old as the other things in this room. And to have to pay for parking was crazy. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel if you paid me to.

Staff friendly, our aircon was making a loud fan noise and it was repaired

The woman at front desk was so helpful in getting me the use of a wheelchair for my wife to use at the Brad Pitt movie premiere Heart of the BEAST, that was held in Franklin, TN. I give that person 5 STARS.

The light above the bed was falling off the wall. The window shade didn’t work right.

Property is very tired. Parking arrangements are ill-defined. Location is very good but we decided against extending our stay in Nashville because of the beat-up nature of the hotel.

I wouldn’t say the place is dirty, but it’s definitely in need of some TLC.

The hotel was an excellent location. It was walkable to both Vanderbilt and Broadway.
