The staff was helpful and pleasant!

Pool was out of commission but the rest of the hotel was good

I realize a potential for a mold problem in a ridiculously muggy city like Nashville but , be more diligent in checking an removing mold. was on the ceiling over bed.

Some bulbs non-functional in light fixtures. No water pre-stocked in room. No microwave. Odd for a “suites” hotel. Won’t stay here again.

Cleanliness: Horrible. The bathtub was so dirty that I had to keep my socks on while showering.

El desayuno no estuvo bien y en mi habitación estaba una cucaracha

Having stayed at countless Hampton Inn hotels, this was a very disappointing property for a Hilton brand. This location is in dire need of remodel and better upkeep- hotel room had missing lampshade and artwork on wall (just hooks exposed). Bathroom has seen better days, with lots of hap hazard caulking repairs. Hallway wallpaper buckling and baseboards were warped and scuffed. Elevator was grimy, dirty and ground tiles broken/ cracked. Pool was not available for use. Staff and included breakfast were ok. Parking is $35/day through an independent app. The positive was the location within walkable distance of Vanderbilt University and several restaurants in the area.

The staff were nice and the room was clean. There are some maintenance issues that need to be taken care of such as the fan in my bathroom did not work and the wallpaper was peeling a little bit on one wall. I was disappointed they did not have a hair dryer in the room. This is the first property I have stayed at in over 30 years that did not have a hair dryer in the room. Otherwise, I would recommend this property and I would stay there again.

Hotel was nice, it’s a bit older but still nice. Parking is expensive to say the least, paying to park in the hotel parking lot is a bit much, non valet. The room was quiet and the bed was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel has seen its better days, for the price it we paid i feel that the upkeep of the place should be better. The staff were very helpful and nice and the breakfast had a lot of options.

The hotel staff did not even greet us when we came into the lobby. They were very short in their answers like we were bothering them. We arrived early to find out that the pool was out of commission. We had not been alerted to this fact, they only told us when we asked about pool hours. They could not tell us when the pool went out of commission or when it might be back up working. Then they said well you haven't checked in officially if you want to find another hotel. So we did and the Holiday Inn a mile away was where we stayed and had a wonderful experience.

The staff was very friendly and nice. That is about it. The pool had been drained, the threshold between carpet and tile in room had carpet tacks visible and coming through where the carpet was missing.(did inform the front desk) there was dripping water from the ceiling in the breakfast room. We were glad it was only 1 night. Sorry REALLY needs maintenance and updates. not worth the $ spent. yuk
