The hotel is very nice, the beds were absolutely comfortable, the employees were super nice! I loved our stay, would definitely recommend.

The staff was great. But, no pool.

This is a brand new hotel in midtown and so gorgeous and unique art work everywhere. The water refill stations were super convenient and a really nice amenity. The shower was incredible the bed was heavenly and staff were very kind. While broadway is about a 20 minute walk it’s still doable and only 8$ uber in slow times. A great stay and highly recommend.

There isn’t a single thing I would change. The staff was friendly. Check-in process was very simple. It was located within a short distance of everything we wanted to do while we were there.10/10

This property was immaculate. The staff were super friendly, greeted you no matter what time of day (even the valet when they weren't busy). Our room was super clean, had great decor, Bed was very comfy, lots of space in the bathroom to get ready for a day/night out Nothing the staff nor location did that was unacceptable. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

I like the room which was clean and tidy! The bathroom was spacious and beautiful! The beds were very comfortable! I don't like the valet parking. Also the front desk receptionists were not friendly and helpful. I asked about how much to pay for the public parking across, they said that they didn't know. Seriously?! And I got the same I don't know answer when I asked about public bus. I found online that there was a #3 bus that people can take to go to down town 8th Avenue. And the bus stop is right across the street from the hotel. I can't believe that the receptionists had no idea about it. And they seemed they were being annoyed by my questions.

Great stay, smelled fresh, new and clean. Kinda like a brand new car. Room was nice, staff was great. No issues.

Beautiful, clean, and great location-was able to walk to restaurants and bars with ease. All the staff from front desk, valet, bartender, to housekeeping was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating and a special shout out to Shonta for all her help and resturant suggestions. We will definitely be back. Parking rate.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in Nashville by a long way. Big, spacious and clean. Location was perfect for wondering Music Row or down to Broadway which is an easy 30mins away

Loved my stay!!! I the property is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations for places to go in town.

Our room was great and super clean. However, the staff at the front desk in the morning were rude and unprofessional. We extended our stay and needed to check back in and they called us at 9am. Check out is at 11 and check in is at 4. What was the rush to get my credit card number when I just stayed 3 nights without any problems. The female staff in the morning was very rude!!!! She snapped at my daughter telling her she gave her 2 keys when in fact she gave me 2 keys several hours prior. I will say the woman on the evening shift was amazing and very personable. I’m not sure I’ll stay there again.
