Pay the premium for Marriott didn’t realize that paying a premium for a hotel chain that’s supposed to be wonderful would result in one of the most unclean rundown places I’ve stayed in. Skimping on service skimping on amenities, no breakfast available… I won’t stay here ever again

Leaving Drunks loitering outside Pool freezing and dirty Food terrible especially breakfast Full hotel stink of weed - illegal here. Staff are terrible on reception. They took unauthorised money from my account.

The property and its location were great. We have tried countless to get in contact with the hotel regarding some luggage that we accidentally left behind. Emails and phone numbers have been impossible to get through to and get a response from. Alongside the luggage, medications were also left behind mistakenly and it’s sad to know that no one got back in touch regarding this matter and we couldn’t retrieve these items.

The staff were helpful and had personality too which sometimes lacks in other hotels. Main lobby area is a bit small but that’s just being picky.

WE DIDNT use a car there so cant comment on the parking, the hotel was nice but a bit far away from the main streets also i cannot see what the extra cost per night was for as i have stayed in hotels equally as nice and the same or better location for less money. Lower cost some reception staff were reluctant to help with ordering taxis,

The Bistro on site was amazing! The food was delicious. They serve breakfast, must try the French toast, and light hot dinners.It also has a bar onsite, the bartender, Tammy was amazing!

The “Bistro” had advertised hours but closed early at least 3 of the 4 nights…disappointing

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but was happy with all facilities that we used. The room cleaning. It was meant to be every 2 days but twice this was missed and the trash can in the living area was not emptied all week

Exceptional

The only sad experience for me was although we were made aware room cleaning was alternate days unless requested further, my room was only attended once in 5 days and then very light touch - bed made (not well) and one bin emptied. Lost a star rating due to this. Could have been 2 stars lost but must be having a good day.

They could use the restaurant and bar to be open more hours. Also I needed a microwave in my room

Staff was fantastic. Very personable and helpful. No one wants to pay for parking, but it is reality.
