Courtyard By Marriott Vanderbilt-West End

The room had good air conditioning and comfortable beds. The hotel breakfast was convenient. I was disappointed that during my stay that the pool was closed until August 15th due to mechanical issues and was not disclosed this upon check-in. The room I stayed in faced the main road which can be noisy with cars racing by during the night on the weekend and drunk people trying to get into the hotel. If you are looking for convince to Downtown/Broadway it is only a 30 minute walk or 5 minute car ride away.

The room was very nice- clean and comfortable, A/C had the room very cool which was a blessing as it was very warm while we were there.

Expedia says “all guests we considered adults” yet says when I get there I can’t check in unless I’m over 21. It says nothing there where I have to be 21. Ridiculous, I didn’t sleep there that night and lost a lot of money buying the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also got several recommendations for places to check out in the area from the staff!

Good hotel, friendly staff. Bed was a little uncomfortable and thin walls, could hear all people walking and talking in the hallway

Breakfast was not included. It was very expensive so we did not get the breakfast. The bed was hard.

Great pool and workout facility. With in walking distances for so many things. Staff very friendly always saying hello. Only downside was the additional $45 a day parking.

Had stayed at this location in May of 2025 and was treated gracious then, and chose this location again. Perfect location close to everything. Loved it. So accommodating, just loved it. People from various backgrounds and walks of life, a truly genuine experience from start to finish. Nothing I didn’t like. Everything and everyone was most pleasant.

I didnt like no where really to smoke...and the toliet didnt work to well

everything except the paying for parking paying for parking. this is my first experience where im paying for parking at the place im staying
