It was walking distance to every thing I had to pay for parking on their property

Staff were friendly We booked because there was a pool And then we arrived to the pool closed for our entire stay

We were expecting a balcony with a view of the surrounding area. Instead, we had a view of the swimming pool. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. Parking was overpriced considering we were guest of the hotel. A discount should have been offered.

Location was great, it was clean, and it was quiet. Rooms only cleaned every other day, bed was incredibly hard (just my preference some may like this).

Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room was given away so they had to give us two separate rooms to make up for what we had booked. The staff was incredible, very helpful and made the stay very enjoyable.

When I made reservations online it wasn’t mentioned about parking fees

Good location to get away from it all with some cool music and restaurants walkable and different from Broadway. The pool is huge and a nice reprieve from the heat of summer. Only one elevator working which could be cumbersome... restaurant could have longer hours All in all I would stay here again!

The staff was top notch! The facilities were fantastic. Valet was awesome but ridiculously expensive. Even self parking was expensive. The cost of the hotel was pretty good but then parking …

Everything was excellent. Except that you need to pay $45 daily for parking and breakfast isn’t included.

It was adequate hotel. Clean and location was close to Vanderbilt. However, you hear a lot of street noise. The pool was nice.

Wish I had known before booking and would have stayed elsewhere.
