Really nice hotel and great staff.

Suggestion for the parking, when people are checking in, just ask if we'd like to add the parking to our room. Much more convenient for your customers. Only other complaint was when they did stop in to clean the room, they didn't leave enough linens. Only left one washcloth for the two of us. They never refilled the body wash which they should be checking every time they clean a room. It would be nice if they at least stopped in and checked the coffee/tea on a daily basis and keep that replenished. There were two of staying in the room and there was only enough coffee for 3 cups. Again, inconvenient to call every time we out of something as basic as that.

We had 1 night stay on July 4th. The price was very good compared to downtown hotels. Around 30 min walking. Uber cost $7 from the hotel to the pedestrian bridge. They had a pool and offer breakfast for additional cost. I recommend staying there.

Staff was excellent. Valet was nice and helpful. Front desk staff was helpful with my printing needs for our next stop. Coffee was good!

It was a bit far from downtown Nashville where all the bars and music is so we had to uber back n forth, but not too bad. I thought Music Row was referring to the Otherwise, hotel was very nice and clean, and staff was exceptionally helpful and nice.

Excellent stay, couldn't fault anything at all. Well located to broadway a 15-20 minute stroll or a cheap 5 min uber.

Great stay

Overall a great stay.Location walkable to music row, the gulch and downtown. Hotel food was overpriced for the quality, but the gym had good quality basic equipment.

The toilet was not working but they fixed it promptly. The place just needs some updating… I didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet - it just felt a little squishy… we had a couple of complementary appetizers in the little restaurant and they were overcooked so I was glad we weren’t paying for them and we ate out other than that. For the price just stay somewhere closer to Broadway because parking everywhere was ridiculously expensive so just pay at your hotel and walk everywhere. We paid over $100 for two nights of parking at the hotel and still had to drive places and pay again!

Great staff and comfy bed!

It cost $104.00 as a guest to park for 2 nights. Same fee for non guests. The location is convenient but still requires a taxi etc.

Trip was amazing staff was helpful and always greeted up with a smile. Staff members that stood out were Micah at the front desk, Deon with valet and also Ms.Star at the front desk. Only negative was the young lady that worked valet Saturday night June 13, 2026 after 11pm. She drove all the cars she parked so reckless and almost hit young guest walking back up to the property from the parking garage

The hotel is right for the downtown area. It's about 20 minute walk and you will be in heart of downtown. There so many restaurants to choose from at this hotel. I will stay here again when I come back.
