Everything about this hotel was perfect

The beds were so comfortable!

Upon arrival staff was very welcoming and helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised a room was ready and we could check in early which was super convenient with having our flight arrived that morning. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice but we did notice some small things like hair and small debris floating in the water but nothing too terrible. The bathroom by the pool was also clean. I was traveling with teens and asked for recommendations and one staff member was unsure of what to suggest for people with kids under 18. It would be convenient to have recommendations not solely tied to adults or those over 18. Other than that it was a good stay.

Place was convenient to many things but our room needed some much needed like sink not draining, bathroom door unable to close and sink faucet was very hard to turn on and off. #405. Others than that staff was awesome and place was clean.

Location and staff

Very outdated hotel along a noisy street. I can tell it was cleaned at a bare minimum, but I didn’t feel that I was staying in a clean room apart from the sheets. I’m glad it was only 1 night since I just needed a place to stay. Like many hotels, they charge parking for $40/night, which is an extra cost that I ideally shouldn’t and don’t want to pay for. The garage’s elevator is quite outdated and slow as well.

You do have to pay $45 a day for parking in addition to your room rate.

Great place with a toddler in tow! Paying $45 a night for hotel parking is crass.

It was a short but nice stay. The little shop downstairs was very cute and helpful. The room was decent and had what we needed for one night. There were some noise issues but the staff was courteous and remedied the situation. Parking seemed a bit much though.

The staff was very helpful and was able to give us an early check-in. Room was clean and we appreciated the keurig coffee maker.

Pool room was 8 million degrees. 4 hrs late to check in due to computer issues 65 a night just to park

Room and service was great restaurant food mediocre at best with 5 star restaurant prices and parking $45 overnight for guests is ridiculous especially since location dictates no other choice..
