The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the downtown area called the Gulch. we felt safe walking to and from the downtown area. Didn’t notice outside noise and safe, The area had live music, restaurants, and shops. Booked with hotel.com The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. Clean and well kept. Pool towels were provided. Parking is not free ($20) or part of a parking deck.

Quick trip into Nashville for fun, great place to stay. Clean, comfortable beds, wifi, air-conditioning worked great $20 overnight parking charge which is extremely reasonable for Nashville. Nice breakfast, very pleasant staff. Would definitely stay again!

I reserved a room for $178 over the phone but was told to pay when I arrived. Then a couple of hours later, I saw that the exact same room was $130 online so I called back to change the price but they said my original reservation was a no-refund and no-cancellation reservation. I said but I haven’t even paid yet. The rep told me that I would not be allowed to get the price change so I ended up telling her that I did not want the room after all and she said “ma’am you cannot do that” and then hung up on me in frustration. I ended up reserving and paying for the room online for $130. I’m unsure what to think about the interaction. I feel like it was unreasonable. It made me uncomfortable.

I was upset when I wanted to check in an hour early which I do all the time when I stay at hotels and if the room is ready, checking in an hour early is never an issue. They were going to charge me an extra $20 for early check in and would not make any exceptions. I waited in my car and I was able to check in 7 mins early finally with no charge. The hotel had a slight odor. The room was clean but just an FYI, they have super firm mattresses. I checked out the next day and they were nice enough not to charge me but I won’t be going back. For the same cost I stayed at the Marriott downtown and it smelled amazing and the best mattresses.

No housekeeping in our room for 3 nights, we had to refill are own stuff, such as toilet paper, towels and emty trash.

This was a clean well run hotel. The rooms for spacious and the bed was great. The breakfast was a typical continental type breakfast buffet, but it also had a omelette station which was a nice touch. Staff was warm and welcoming and parking was right in front of the hotel. It was a 20 minute walk to Broadway if you’re looking for the downtown vibe.

For a two day stay I can’t complain it was comfortable and clean staff was always nice and polite.

The staff was laughing and speaking to each other in another language while we were checking in, which made us feel uncomfortable. We were told that we were upgraded because we are “VIP’s”. Really? How? This meant they put us in a handicap room instead of what I booked online. Weird. Parking is an extra $20 a day. The beds were really hard. Wish I would’ve had earplugs. The walls are paper thin, and people were loud in the halls at all hours of the night. We got no sleep. Breakfast was good, but crowded. Overall, pretty disappointed.

Very clean room, great location, felt safe, breakfast was good but could change it up, stayed four days n same items for breakfast (I’m a meat n potatoes person), did have omelettes and we didn’t go hungry so THAT was great, so grateful..and the little station of items to buy was good. Everyone was nice and welcoming.

Helpful and great staff. I also liked that breakfast was included and that there was a pool.
