Hyatt Place Nashville Green Hills

The staff was exceptional. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. Parking slots were narrow but there were plenty of them, so no problem. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Everything was tasty but a limited selection.

We loved everything about this property. The location was extremely convenient for move in day at Lipscomb University. It is directly behind the mall, but it feels more like a neighborhood instead of being right in the middle of everything.

My sink was broken and I needed to change room. No compensation offered, though I was helped with loading things up. I thought they might take off one day of parking or something. Desk staff are super friendly and pleasant. They're also multi-taskers -- and good at it. Yes, I'd go back but I have a hard time when an additional $30/daily for parking.

Krista at the front desk was absolutely amazing for both check in and bar service in the evenings. The location was very clean.

It's a limited service hotel, but was exactly what I needed. A clean room with a king-size bed and a sofa separated from the bed, a desk, good WiFI connection, a well-ordered bathroom with what you needed. The free breakfast met or exceeded my expectations. There was a charge for parking, which was fine although I'm not sure it was absolutely necessary. It has a great location in Green Hills - seems to be convenient to most everywhere you want to access. I had stayed previously and came back, so that tells you it was a very good stay.

Property is close to the Green Hills Mall and Geodis stadium. Property is not very clean as trash was piled up in multiple places, fire alarm went off for a while, and parking wasn’t great. Staff was unable to accommodate a different room type, but was friendly when needing supplies for room. Probably won’t be staying here again.

This hotel was in a great area, the hotel itself was very clean, the staff was awesome. Parking was very good. There is a level 2 EV charger station on site which was ok, or fast charger that is walkable. Hotel had a great bar with a happy hour.

Breakfast hot fishes were cold at 8 am

I love the location close to everything I did NOT like parking 30 bucks for overnight that’s insane especially if I booked for 2 nights

The power went out before we got there and we had to have an employee walk us up to our room every time we needed to get in the first day. The manager was very rude to her staff and she seemed majorly impatient every time we spoke with her. She just overall had a bad attitude towards everyone, while our trip was already being hindered due to weather and the loss of power. The bar was also closed for our entire stay.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and area was very convenient.
