Hyatt Place Nashville Green Hills

Everyone was absolutely wonderful. They was so friendly and helpful. The rooms was updated and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone

The rooms were so clean & nice. I really loved the bar it was a vibe!

Good breakfast and happy hour. Amenities were available.

The air went out in the rooms on the 2nd floor. It was unbearable . It was out the whole night. All the manager stated is that she heard about it. Someone came to repair it, but 15 minutes after he left it went out again. There were no additional offers for another room on a different floor or a courtesy offer.

Elevator was noisy and needed maintenance. Scary. Mattress was not firm. Breakfast was just ok.

Clean, great location

The hotel was normal for Hyatt. I had a lot of difficulties with my reservations. Likewise, if I go to the bar and sign for my bill to be charged to the room that means used the money that is already on hold.

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot breakfast had a variety of items. The black out curtains reached the entire window.

No one told me when I checked in that I had to request room cleaning on a daily basis.

The location was great for what we wanted to do. We loved the room overall. The bathroom was our only complaint. The sink area is too small, and there's too much space next to the toilet. I broke my ankle a couple of months ago and have problems getting up. There wasn't much to hold on to to for support. This, of course, is a me problem that will get better. The sink area, however, could be expanded since there's so much room. It was not an ADA room, so there was no reason we could see for that. We really liked the couch area. It was way more comfortable than what we've experienced in other hotels. I combined that with the positives above. The bathroom sink area.

I can’t enough good things about the staff and rooms at this Hyatt. The breakfast was a little lacking but that has been addressed. I’m looking forward to staying here again the future.

Clean room- helpful friendly staff.

The hotel staff and lobby were nice, breakfast was well appointed. There is a pretty good fitness center but no other real amenities. The rooms are narrow and lacked pictures on the walls. It was all very steril in the hallways (which are confusing) and room. The only picture on the wall was in the bathroom! The $30 for parking is frustrating, that is the same cost for in the city and this is a residential area. It should be free or at least under $15 for parking per day.

Had dogs barking next door 1 night. Front desk people seemed really no to care.
