Loved the room, staff was nice, good location
-
This is a very nice property and is more upscale than most in the area.

The room was comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and had so many choices. The staff was very nice. I didn't like that we were changed $35. to park our car in the parking deck. There wasn't anywhere else to park. Parking should be free for guest of the hotel, especially since we had booked 2 rooms.

Parking is expensive!

Beautiful property and incredibly accommodating staff also a great location highly recommend
-
We didnt use the amenities during our stay, but the area was walkable and convenient. The property was well maintained and the staff was wonderful

We ate in the restaurant and it really could use some help and for what we ordered it wasn’t vey good. We ordered 2 orders of crab cake and a Caesar salad. The crab cakes were flavorless. And really got no feel of crab.our server was very nice. Also when I took a look at the bill it was very confusing. I couldn’t figure out how they got to the bottom line. When I got back to the hotel room I had time to check it out and turned out it was correct. My complaint is the bill is confusing. Your manager did take the time to explain it to me. He really was very nice to take the time to show me .

This is a secret gem! Will be my go to hotel when I travel to Nashville from now on. Wonderful area with plenty of places to eat or grab a drink, with plenty of variety!

Enjoyed the quiet location, view from the corner room, restaurant, restaurant, and 10th floor pool area.

The hotel itself has some great features, especially the rooftop pool and bar, which were definite highlights and made for a really enjoyable stay. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. When we mentioned that our initial room had a bit of a smell, they were quick to help and moved us to another room, which we really appreciated. That said, the rooms didn’t quite live up to the photos online. While still comfortable, there were some signs of wear and tear—like minor scratches on the furniture and a bit of rust on the lamps—that made it feel slightly less polished than expected. Overall, it was a good stay with great amenities and helpful staff. With a few updates to the rooms, it could easily feel more in line with the beautiful first impression the hotel presents.
-
Everything was absolute perfection! Nicest hotel and location was the best! Absolutely nothing! Our room was perfection!
-
I was only there to make a doctor's appointment next day...Ot was not an enjoyable trip

Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was indeed helpful and friendly when it came to our needs. Wifi we never connected too, wouldn't know how it work. The breakfast we had to pay for thinking it was free, however it was available for purchase. Be sure to purchase that option if wanted . Overall great stay!

The staff, first and foremost was super friendly and efficient. This property is modern and clean with an attractive lobby. It is well located especially near where I was doing business. I do not have enough status with Hilton so I do not know if they have a morning coffee area setup for high Honors members. I'm not a big fan of in-room coffee makers so had to go to the coffee bar at the entrance to the restaurant to buy overpriced Starbucks brand coffee from the wait staff. That should be a different, more efficient (and free) set up.

we ate out parking was pricey and entrance was not obvious
