Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Green Hills

The free breakfast was really good. Staff was so exceptional. Great place to stay to go to Broadway or the grand Ole Oprah. Loved everything about this place. Id give it a 10+

After long travel day we walked in with another small business group to check in. The group had foreign travelers. Not sure what triggered it, but the clerk had a meltdown with them. They had a corporate escort with them. He tried in vain to help her but she dismissed him spoke down to one male who was trying to spell his name for her. Whatever the issue, her rudeness continued with us. We should have left to a nearby hotel. Walked into the room, appeared clean but it was deodorized with a very strong product. It was awful. Over the next five days our room was only cleaned once and we had to go down to the desk to retrieve towels and request cleaning. Someone came in daily to spray whatever that deodorizer was in the room. Ick. We had to get toilet paper and soap towards the end. Ridiculous. Our trashcans overflowed. No products in their lobby market. Had to buy water at a local store. Pros: breakfast buffet was good and staff attentive. Dayside staff was professional (not sure why they could not send a housekeeper to our room) and lobby and bathrooms were clean. Garage access at your floor made it convenient to get in and out for daily fee. I do not recommend at all.

Very clean and modern. Great location There was not one bar of soap or water. Most marriotts I stay at have more in the room.

Everyone was very helpful- however it was a rough night sleeping because the ac unit made too much noise when it cut off and on during the night. It was working, but locating the return right by the bed was bad planning As above- and I noticed the hallway needed a good vacuum

Todo bien , el sofá cama un poco duro pero no quita el sueño , el aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho pero está bien, fueron a verlo pero dijeron que era algo como afuera en la máquina no se , pero se sentía cómodo ! De resto el desayuno muy bien , y es cerca de donde fui ese fin de semana !

it's at an accessible location, near to many attractions. breakfast was not good, so was the room service. They had rancid, stale nuts at oats counter. also the scrambled egg was cold. only one variety of bread, and the bread they had didn't fit into the toaster.

Everything Nothing really

The location was fantastic. We were at Lipscomb and the proximity to the campus was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding. So many options and the cold brew coffee was next level move. Great job. I found the wifi cumbersome. I was a guest and it tried to get me to create an account. I am reluctant to do that when I just plan to be somewhere for the night. It feels like when I get to the wifi and the place wants me to sign up for it I am about to get a ton of email that I don't want. Had I been a Bonvoy member I might have felt differently. I ended up having to use the hot spot on my mobile device.

Basic hotel, breakfast was passable but not really great. Pool pictures are misleading, it's basically in an underground parkade and the day we tried to use it was freezing like it was just filled with hose water. We checked out early and went elsewhere

So much room for activities! Room was great and spacious. The staff was so nice and helpful. Would stay again if we are back this way!

Everything was great room was clean

The hallway outside our room needed cleaning. The oatmeal was cooked perfect fully. Coffee was good.
