New and modern boutique hotel in the 12 South neighborhood that's only 10-15 mins to the heart of downtown. Quiet, very clean, comfortable and everything you may need already in the room/suite. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The courtyard and Skyline Terrace are lovely outdoor settings for gathering, live music, or relaxing. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. There's a parking garage at the hotel if you need it. Just steps away from dining, coffee shops, artist vendors and shopping.

Fantastic location, wonderful, clean, well-equipped room, excellent staff. Loved the convenient on-site parking. Safe, clean and walkable to many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend!

Nice quiet area, clean rooms, balcony is nice but could use chairs. Great for solo travel.

Free coffee and pastries in the morning. Even had juice and mimosas Saturday morning. Friday night there was live entertainment - singer songwriter - in the courtyard. Property was all around fantastic. Underground parking is expensive, but we were always able to snag free street parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable room. Slept well. Staff was personable and helpful. My only complaint is $40/night parking fee in the garage because it is extremely hard to find on street parking on the weekends. The parking fee is the only thing that would keep me from having a longer stay at the Gilmore.

Such a nice hotel and perfect location for shopping and dining. Very convenient to Vanderbilt and Broadway but in its own charming neighborhood. Would stay again.

The cons : We didnt get any view as they put us on the first floor. Our cellphone didn’t get a good signal there. And lastly, the parking price is quite steep.
