The Gilmore, an AvantStay Hotel

The place is fantastic. Underground parking was $40 but it’s secure and through an ap. Front desk was super nice and very helpful with some things in our room. Will definitely stay again and 100% recommend. Great restaurants, coffee and ice cream within a block or two. Very safe feeling area. Only 12 min uber ride to broadway

This was my 3rd or 4th time staying here. As always the hotel was very clean and staff are very welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent area with tons of shops and food options all within walking distance. My only negative is that the elevator can sometimes take a while due to there only being one and staff and guests both have to use it, but it’s really not that bad. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel to someone.

100% recommendation the Gilmore! Room was comfortable and clean. We had a nice view of 12th from our balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful! The area is walkable to shops and restaurants. Short uber ride to Downtown Nashville.

The experience at The Gilmore was absolutely fantastic! I just kept saying over and over how impressed I was. From the location, to the amenities, to the welcome gift.. and the bed was very comfortable! The ease of check in and communication with the front desk was great, and the room was very comfortable. Location can’t be beat either.

Perfect for family with little children as well. My kids enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and well maintained. We will definitely book again when we visit Nashville.

I liked the full kitchen and that you could order dancing cowboys and an IV from Room Service. Unique!

Water pressure in shower was very low Hotel staff uses the one and only elevator constantly. Parking fees onsite are rediculous. Find free parking on street. Parking should be included in room stay

If I could give this property 10 stars I would! From the front desk staff to the cleanliness of the room itself my stay was amazing. My room was much bigger then I had anticipated and they even provided robes! I didn't really require the use of the hotel amenities during my stay but from what I observed they were quite nice. If I had any suggestions it would be to disclose that the garage parking is not free to guests, and the lighting out on the Poet's Patio towards the end could be improved. I stayed in a room at the very end and had to use my cellphone flash light to be able to see the keypad to able to enter my room.

Awesome place and convenient to good restaurants and bars. The only complaint is one elevator that takes forever. Stairs slot easier

Super cute place to stay. Love where it is located. Room was comfortable. My suggestions are to put a regular iron in rooms. Room had a steamer but sometimes an iron is needed as was case. Secondly, wish there was a shelf of some sort in shower as no where to sit anything. Lastly the power strip on one side of bed is not best idea. Between lamp, clock and needing to charge a device and option was a power strip. None of these would keep me from staying again
