Lovely staff and very clean rooms.

Staff was surly. Appeared more interested in getting the $100 for "incidents" for a credit card than caring about they appeared to the customer in the process.

Very kind staff, and the security of my stay outstanding since I was traveling alone. The room did not have a clean smell, there was no coffee in the room, and the hallway was too dark. But I enjoyed my time at the concert nearby.

Great experience at the Moxy while visiting the Vanderbilt campus. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Parking garage is a plus!

The area it's in is nice. The air wasn't working we got moved to a new room that air didn't work, they took over 3 hours to move us anyways and by the time we was moved the room still didn't have air by then it was so late I had to have surgery the next morning, so I just stayed and sweated in a new room with no fridge , my husband is diabetic he wasn't able to store his insulin properly luckily he only wasted one dose instead of a full bottle. the lady at the desk offered me Marriott points I'm not even a member of . I work in a hotel.. very unacceptable in this heat.thats sad! And the insulin isn't cheap at all . Plus we had to pay 30 to park. I can list more.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The problem was the thermostat could not be adjusted lower than 68 degrees. We got so hot during the night because the air wasn’t even working. Also, we didn’t realize they don’t have refrigerators in the room. I didn’t even think to check about that before booking because I thought a refrigerator was standard. I think the rates are over priced for what you get.

Very run down hotel. Poorly maintained rooms and hallways are dark and dingy. The rooms air conditioning is in the ceiling and was raining down onto the hotel room floor all night long! Walked into the hallway and the carpet outside the room was also wet from the condensation in the hallway. I would NOT stay at this Moxy hotel despite it being in a good location. Staff however were great and took note of my complaint about the raining condensation - however I never heard back from the manager despite a call request.

The room had a very loud dripping water noise all night long. It was constant and made it extremely difficult to fall asleep and get a good night’s rest. For a hotel stay, being able to sleep comfortably is the most basic expectation, so this was very disappointing and really affected our overall experience.

While checking in, I was informed the air conditioning had not been working, but was slowly coming back and to be patient. After over an hour of sitting in my hot room and not getting any help from the staff, I left and went to the Fairfield. Way better hotel with much more helpful staff. I will never stay at the Moxy again! Definitely convenient to Belmont, but always way overpriced and not even that nice of a hotel.
