Partially my fault for not thoroughly reading the complete description. That being said, I selected a suite with a balcony. I was surprised there was no fridge or microwave, tables or comfortable chairs. The hotel is pet friendly with a $50 surcharge. I did not expect that.

Some of the staff could have been nicer or like they wanted to help when asked questions but overall hotel was great.

The decorations in the lobby. Everything else.. the A/C didn't work in the first room so they moved us then around 10pm the a/c stopped working in the new room. They charged us $50 for parking and not to mention there was no mini fridge or free coffee anywhere. For the price of this hotel I could have went to a WAYYY nicer Wyndham! So very disappointed and the worst part was we were there to have a procedure the next morning for my baby at Monroe Childrens. Absolutely will NOT be back!

We came to visit a friend who is having treatment at Vanderbilt and it is an excellent location and affordable to stay.

Convenient location for Vanderbilt and 21st Ave S area. Easy parking. Great staff.

Loved the neighborhood, the vibe, parking, and way they welcomed my pup! Less than $20 uber to Broadway.

There was something going wrong with the plumbing causing loud noises within the walls of the building starting around 5 am. It continued for hours. We didn’t get any sleep and tried to call to get moved to another room but we were left on hold for an extensive period of time and no one ever answered. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The only plus side was that the bar staff was very nice.

The hotel is budget friendly but not particularly comfortable. I wouldn't stay at one again.

Room was less than average. AC hardly worked. No real comforts in room. Music in lobby was so loud I couldn't hear the attendance who was checking me in. Staff was very friendly.

I loved the location and the fact that the rooms had balconies.

My only complaint was the ac woudl not cool.
