It was a great place to stay. The staff was awesome and the room was clean.

Excellent front desk staff. Nice complimentary happy hour. Just know there is a dog friendly floor.

This is a great property in a fun location!

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Great bathrooms. The lighting in the rooms was not good for reading. Too dim. There was only one suitcase stand for a double room. There should be two as there is no where else to put a second suitcase except on the lounge chair or the floor.

We checked in late (11pm) our first night and when arriving we asked the front desk if they could recommend some food close by… they proceeded to say they didn’t know any place & try Uber Eats. I hoped on my phone and literally a place called Velvet Taco was open another 10 mins only just down the street a 2 min walk.. so I quickly called and they were close to closing and were kind enough to put some tacos together so we could get there in a few mins to grab ( they were delicious) then the next day we were gone all day for a event we originally came to Nashville for… we got back later in the evening to be able to use the rooftop pool which is 1 of the main reasons we booked this hotel (the Four Seasons was #1 because pool and hot tub but sold out) so we get to hotel about 8:15pm, get changed and head to pool about 8:30.. with the keys not opening the door. We head down to the lobby for some assistance and there is nobody tending to the front desk.. at 8:30pm. We end up waiting 15 mins and 2 ladies finally come back. We explain the pool doors not opening and they told us the pool closes at 8:45… which is not what is posted, or said upon check in. They were not helpful, then proceed to not go and let us in to use the pool after they weren’t available or have any explanation why the key wouldn’t open it.. they were so rude about it and it was very disappointing. I would not return

The complimentary "happy hour" and front desk was helpful when ask what Nashville had to offer, late check-out, and changing out the pillows with feathers, for pillows with none:)!

Parking pretty expensive

Pool was shared with residences and a bit busy. Hotel room hallways were filthy and stinky due to animals allowed.

The room was fantastic and clean. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Having breakfast delivered right on time made our morning so much easier! The only issues were a loose faucet handle and a key card that expired before our late checkout. These are extremely minor issues to encounter when traveling. Special thanks to the vallet and Laney at the front desk!

The hotel front desk and concierge were friendly and the Henley had good food. The hotel room was aesthetically pleasing and the roof top pool was a decent size.

Es un hotel viejo con cortinas en mal estado. Los toma corriente no funcionaban. Las cama cómodas. Había una parte de la alfombra que tenía mal olor

Room 413 should be checked out. Water on the floor. I was afraid I was going to slip . I didn’t mention it bcz I was only there for two nights

There were a free times we stood at the guest counter longer than 10 min waiting for someone to assist us, with twice them being outside after the bar host went to look for someone. There were times when we came in and they wouldn’t greet us but were on their cellphones. The remote in the ring didn’t work, we called the front desk with no answer. The floor we were on had a weird smell but we saw lots of dogs so that could be the culprit. For the price, at expected better service.

Hotel is very nice. Henley (the restaurant inside the hotel) has good selection for breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner ...proper chef-prepared food. There is no charge for dogs, which is a really great bonus! Staff are very helpful and super-friendly. Valet guys, espcially Justin and RJ are awesome. Valet comes to about $60 per night (unlimited in/out) but that is standard for mid-town Nashville. Will highly recommend this hotel and will stay again for sure, if we are visiting Nashville.

The staff here are top notch, friendly and helpful in all ways possible. ESP when dummy here couldn’t find the balcony in her own room lol. Hotel pool was wonderful, the restaurant was good but expensive for what it was. The food just got heavy after the first 2 days. I wasn’t a fan of the beds, little too soft for me and the noise from out 4th floor balcony room was pretty bad with road noise. Woke up 3 of the 4 nights with sirens screaming by. Balcony was pretty dirty and I wouldn’t even set my luggage on the chaise lounge chair in the room, no black light needed for that grossness. Those issues is why I didn’t give 5*. I don’t regret staying there, it’s a nice place, pools great, staff is even better!

The room was moldy smelling. The bed sheets were shorted. They didn’t move. Cold all night. Towels were thread bare in many places. Front desk was very helpful. Manager of restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Hotel needs a refresher to make me want to come back.

We stayed here whilst visiting for CMA Fest from the UK. Lovely clean room, friendly staff with social hours promoted upon check-in which included free refreshments and snacks, including wine and beer. We had a really pleasant stay, the small balcony was great as it allowed opportunity for fresh air. Nice small pool area and valet parking available (though we did not use this service ourselves). Great property ok a great location, a short walk or Uber to Broadway is close enough to experience what it has to offer whilst being far enough away to escape it too! Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and a list of these are provided in your room.
