One problem that we had was this room was booked on hotels.com but it was through a third party (goodnight stay). The front desk wasn't able to help us because they said they just started this agreement. They said we are not entitled to any services like housekeeping, maintenance, or early check in/check out. That all has to be done through the third party. It was difficult to secure an early check in, and we ended up getting another hotel for the day in till we could check in (flew red eye from overseas and got there at 6am). The water heater in the room was severely undersized. It was the smallest water heater I've ever seen. My girlfriend could bathe for a couple minutes with hot water before it turning lukewarm. When I showered after her, the water was cold. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Next time I'll pay a little extra to stay closer to downtown with food choices within walking distance.

Conveniently located There was a fake nail in our room on the floor, bathroom shower wasn’t overly clean, house keeping came into our room 3 times on check out day starting at 9am even though we requested a late check out. They just let themselves in violating our privacy.

Below Fire alarm went off three times : once trying to get in around 9pm after a long day out- waited 45 minutes outside; two other times while trying to sleep

Shuttle driver was helpful. We could not open a bottle of wine due to no corkscrew in the room. Parking should not be charged in addition to room charge.

Employees were very friendly and helpful

The space and how homey the place felt. The staff and location were awesome!

Liked the separate living room and bedroom area. Liked the complimentary shuttle down to Broadway. Liked the pool area. There wasn’t a large dining table as shown in the pictures—it was smaller. We had key issues getting into the pool but those got resolved.

Such spacious and clean apartments

This was an excellent last minute find for us on our trip to Nashville. Everything about our stay here was wonderful! The staff at the front were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The pool was a fun addition for the kids. It was a little small but the outdoor patio space more than made up for that. Parking was expensive for valet but we were able to find parking on the street easily. It was charged by the hour and you could only do a max of 10 hours which was a little annoying but it was worth it for the money we saved. It is free from 12am to 6am to park on the road which was great but it did mean we had to wake up at 6 and pay for more time. The only other negative was that we didn't have any salt in the kitchen so make sure you pack some if you plan to cook!

Really nice 2 bedroom suite. Modern decor and clean. The front desk didn’t move real fast with requests, but were friendly.

Moreover, as soon as you entered the hotel lobby, you could tell how clean it was. Everything was neatly organized, and the room smelled lovely. Lastly, the TVs were larger than some hotels I've been to, which was a nice bonus. There wasn't much I didn't like about this hotel. The only thing I wish was that it were closer to Broadway. Truthfully, I selected this hotel because I thought it'd be somewhat close to Broadway while also being quiet. However, the walk was a bit long, especially when you're in the beating sun. Therefore, I Ubered back and forth from Broadway far more than I would have liked. However, despite this, I found my stay very enjoyable and would return.

It is in a great location and the two bedroom suite was very spacious with both bedrooms being en-suite. It was clean and fresh. The parking price but it’s the same everywhere in Nashville so unless you can get a spot on the street you are stuck with $50 a night. Also overseas travellers, you may struggle with the street parking as it wouldn’t accept our UK phone numbers.
