The last time I came to stay, the lady was rude, spoke to me like I was stupid. I accidentally booked a room for I believe 28 days possibly longer, I then made a reservation for one for a week, I didn't realize you had to pay up front if I booked a longer reservation than a week, I was just trying to be there a little longer than a week . She replied "WELL yes!.. you have to pay upfront for the whole reservation.!" like I should had know that, I have never had to pay for the reservation upfront, I have always booked through Expedia and payed a week upfront, , please don't talk to the customer like they are stupid. I work in customer serviice, never in my years in customer service, have I spoke to a customer unprofessional. I definitely was not feeling comfortable to come back to check in when the room was cleaned after 2pm, No thank you, Very unprofessional, made me definitely feel like I was not welcome there. Other than that, I have always enjoyed staying in the King Suites in Madison TN.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful room was clean and the staff is on anything that messes up or don't work Love everything about it

Exceptional

Nothing, was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Rooms were so bad it was unbelievable. Bugs everywhere at night, dents in doors, writing on fridge, everything in disrepair - curtains looked like someone's rags hanging up. Hot water went out and it took 3 days for it to work with no compensation or anything credited to what we paid. I'm honestly not sure how it passed a health code inspection at all.

Love the front desk clerk Kisha Well I have been here since last month and planned on staying a few more months but I am on disability and I had 5 hours to get payed and they put us out for a few dollars and I just had surgery and it didn't matter to the unit manager...if you are having a bad day don't take it out on good people have a good day

It close to everything. They took 418$ and would not give it back. I had call the bank.

Only thing I liked was the convenient location This was a nightmare stay. Roaches roaches roaches !! Room was missing furniture, electrical outlets didn't work, TV didn't work, light in the bathroom didn't work, fan above stove was disgusting...

I booked for 8 nights. Had to pay double for 8th night.

Building looks good from outside except for trash in the parking lot. Doors to enter the building were electronic and multiple doors were not working correctly. Stove in the unit didn't work. Electronic key de-programmed once. One of only 4 washers for guest use was broken. Not pet friendly at all.
