The Gallatin Nashville

This is a cool hotel with serviceable but very cheerfully decorated rooms and lots of very convenient aspects. If you don't like dealing with other human beings, it's perfect. But if you like a personal touch, you might be weirded out by the AI-like system where you text your issues to a number that responds very quickly and is very friendly. But not necessarily human. ;). Maybe this is the wave of the future. Anyway it's a great concept and it worked very well for us -- especially considering the affordable rates!

There is no staff on site except cleaners. Everything is automated. Rooms are clean but cramped. Sorta odd room lay out. Good value for the price.

This is a great economical option in a hot neighborhood. Many walkable food and far options. The rooms are very cool...but all are very different, so make sure you know the size you're getting. One of our family members had a super small room. There are great outdoor gathering spaces, but not much indoors (we were there in 97 degree heat and had to gather by the vending machine). Free parking! Loved the contactless checkin and folks were very responsive to questions. 15 minutes to downtown.

Very clean, small rooms, nice clean bathrooms. The whole atmosphere was very pleasant.

Amazingly accommodating and allowed an early check-in at 10:00! Room was super clean!

We absolutely love this quirky, fun boutique hotel! This was our second stay. Parking is great and safe. The drink station includes free coffee and tee, fresh water, sparkling water, and ice. Love the selfie camera! The decorations are bright and fun. The shower was nice and hot, and the bed was super comfy! How about the DYSON HAIRDRYER??!! So awesome. We love the area. CVS and Walgreens are both next door. Skinny Dennis anthe Cobra are across the street! We saw Margo Price at Skinny Dennis!A super short Uber ride took us to our favorite places in E Nashville, including the 5 Spot and Five Points Pizza. It's also a quick Uber ride to Broadway for a Roberts fried baloney sandwich!

Great concept well executed! Clean and simple. Everything we needed. Will be back!

Immaculate.

Albeit a hotel without variable staff, the service was super attentive and fantastic via text and email. It was easy and absolutely our favorite type of place to stay.

The room was much smaller than what I’m accustomed to, but it was comfortable and surprisingly had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful extras—a complimentaryr bottle of wine, snacks, and bottled water waiting for me when I arrived. There was also a refrigerator in the room and a microwave available in the hallway. The shower was a nice size, with hot water and great water pressure. The body wash and hand soap smelled really pleasant, which was another nice touch. One thing that really impressed me was the customer service, especially considering there was no traditional front desk. If I had a question or experienced an issue, there was always a number I could call, and someone was readily available to help. Surprisingly, every question or issue I had was addressed and resolved immediately. That gave me a lot of confidence and made the stay much more convenient than I initially expected. Parking was convenient, easy, and hassle-free. As a solo female traveler, I also felt safe, which was very important to me. There were cameras throughout the property, and I appreciated having that extra sense of security. Most importantly, the stay was quiet, peaceful,

I loved my stay at The Gallatin. The only reason I gave the staff 4 stars is because you check in with codes. Besides the very cute and on-trend decor, your room has everything it needs. The room amenities were excellent. The most comfortable mattress and pillows! And the parking is great! I will stay here again!
