Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel

Good

The customer service at front desk needs improvement. Most of the staff were very good. One staff member was horrible.

Exceptional

Excellent hotel. The pool area and hot tubs were very clean and in working order. The room was spacious. Dog-friendly, with plenty of space to walk them. Restaurant: excellent food and service. Family activities such as mini-golf, pickleball, and others,

Attached bar restaurant

The room was prepared on arrival. Very clean. The front desk clerk was helpful and knew the area well. The food at the attached restaurant was very good, if a little pricey.

The room was very clean and plenty of towels. The staff were very friendly and the bar restaurant was amazing! I would definitely stay here again

Amazing

Shower was cold…room 2026. The sink had hot water…but shower was freezing even after a few minutes of waiting. Avoid that room

Almost everything was great. We had a little trouble with the portable air conditioner. One night we froze and the next night we roasted. We just had couldn't get it right. Instructions wound have helped.

Very good

Had a great time!

Staff is friendly. Everything you need right on the grounds and not too expensive.

Everything was perfect at this property. Great amenities. Very family friendly. Great restaurant/bar at the hotel.

The property was immaculate and the staff were lovely. We chose this location for the onsite EV chargers but will return for the many amenities and awesome attached restaurant.

Great place to stay!!

Wonderful stay at pristine hotel, great location and very friendly and helpful staff.

The room and amenities were very well maintained and the staff was very helpful.
