Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel

Nice place

The room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect temperature for myself and my children to enjoy as well.

The Hotel is Excellent. I travel for work and stay there very briefly but every time I go I have a great experience.

Overlooking the pool. It was extremely noisy until late at night, and then by 730 am people were in the pool. Other then that a great stay.

Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean, they had everything you need, from all the amenities to complimentary coffee,tea & water when you walk into the hotel. The connected restaurant had great staff we enjoyed our breakfast there. The location is convenient & I love the mini golf/ice cream area. We have been here a couple of times now & I have not been disappointed yet.

Hotel and room was clean and quiet. Everything was as expected. Only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was low and the water could have been warmer. But I would still choose to stay there again. We did not use the pool or eat at the restaurant, so no reviews on those.

The place was well kept, though the common areas were loud, making it difficult to get in a call or do some work with privacy. We enjoyed our stay and the attention to detail given by the staff.

My mother and I had a great time in Neenah and this hotel was part of the reason. The King suites with the jetted tub were huge and cozy and clean. My mom and I each had our own and we both agreed we were able to relax in this “home away from home” because we weren’t afraid to get comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the food at the adjoined restaurant was really good with both an extensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. The surrounding atmosphere was peaceful and the pool was nice. Had a really great stay and if I were ever in Neenah again I’d stay there. I hope this hotel really keeps or even increases the experience by maintaining these good habits for years.

This is my kids favorite hotel as the pool is amazing, awesome arcade, Batleys Restaurant. We have stayed here many times but haven't even had a chance to enjoy the playground or mini golf yet.

Hotel is clean and pool is a lot of fun. We return yearly for birthday celebrations. Restaurant is excellent and lots of games and pickleball outside.

The window uses only a blackout shade and a light filtering shade. I do prefer a darker room and would have appreciated an extra drape to cover the window so less light would come in. The parking lot is more long and narrow —but there is plenty of parking. I dealt with a flat tire during my travel and thankfully a tire store was within five minutes of the hotel. Lots of other stores close by as well. Plenty of charging outlets/plugs. Overall there was nothing I went without during my stay. I was very pleased with the accommodations and I would happily stay here again.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We were greeted immediately and I enjoyed chatting with them.

I wish breakfast was included with the price.

I asked for paying at the property as I was using a different card at check in. They charged me a day early.
