Wasn't very helpful find a different option since they were not pet friendly.

Change prices just to make an extra buck

It was appropriately priced for what it had. My daughter was really excited to swim but the pool was closed early by the time we got back to the hotel. The hours posted were not accurate.

Nothing The employees

Room was good for the price, staff was good, even with helping with an issue with Wi-Fi. Breakfast was good. My only issue was the overpowering sweet smell. Too much flowery room deodorizer or something to that effect. The staff advised me to keep the window open so I did.

Fast elevator Pretty rundown property. Out dated fixtures in the shower. Small tv for the space. Beds were not comfortable. Could feel every spring in your back. But it was clean.

Clean room and staff is very friendly, especially the guy that cleans the room. He makes sure you have coffee in the room! Landscaping is gross and the price is high for what you get. Hot tub is broke too.

So old and over priced

Wouldn’t go back.

Location No hot tub working, pool water was cold, rooms need updating and more breakfast items

The room AC unit was loud. Overall it just felt dirty.

Staff was nice and polite Property is horrible , very old, smell bad, pool extremely cold, TV didn’t work, bad!!

Clean room, reasonable price, breakfast, and pool.

The room was clean, the breakfast was varied and good, a nice variety. Coffee was good and hot. I can’t speak to the pool area as I didn’t use it. The staff is always very welcoming and polite.

The staff was kind however the hotel is very run down, the pool area dangerous and the hot tub broken. The hotel needs a renovation badly and smelled badly in the halls. The room was clean but sprayed with some kind of fragrance that was not pleasant.

Expensive

Rang the bell multiple times. Called the front desk. Finally when someone arrived there was zero sense of urgency or remorse for having us wait. She was adequately nice. Gave all the information for breakfast and WiFi, just not a great first impression for the place

Parking ease

Easy access. Reasonable price. Comfortable. Clean. Nice Staff. Hot tub not working. Tub had a bar missing leaving holes in it.
