Good, clean room. Comfortable. The building as a whole has seen better days but let’s face it, this is a convenience place to stay not a travel destination. Feel comfy booking!

Close to where we needed to be Staff was not friendly, indifferent like they didnt care if we were there or not there

For the offered standard it was to pricey but this was mainly because of the airshow Breakfast

Anyone in a wheelchair or walker could not get in the tub or reach the shower head. The soaps and shampoo were out of reach, also. There was enough handicapped bars for support and the toilet was accessible, however low. I would not recommend this property for handicapped people.

Check in was weird, was made to sign all kinds of things about how many visitors I could have, pool rules (no guests), visitor parking & hours...very strange. Property was average, clean enough but nothing special.

The staff was incredibly professional and helpful. Traveling with two little kids is really tough, but they made our stay feel supported. Our room was clean and comfortable.

A basic 2 QN bed had a nice large (and working) mini fridge and a microwave. This is an older building and you can tell theyve worked to upgrade the rooms. That said, the beds were stiff, but the pillows were soft. AC in the room wasnt as powerful as I would have liked, but was sufficient. The most basic of channels on the TV. No cable, no streaming. Do not expect to lay down and watch a movie at night. The continental breakfast was also very basic, but at least they offered something beyond cereal. Basically, my stay was uneventful in all ways. It was neither spectacular nor terrible. Solid room for the night. Note: they did have an indoor pool, that looked clean, but I did not swim so I cannot rate it.

Nice, neat room; clean and safe. Amenities were operational. Beds were old and left a bit to be desired, but have a fat pillow tops. I recall looking at the two Q Beds and thinking the higher-quality bed was the one closer to the A/C unit. Value? The hotel was overpriced-very overpriced for a random one-night stay.

Friendly helpful staff, good beds and very clean. Easy access off highway. Room rates were inflated because of of EEA Airventure. But this is true of all accommodations in the area.
-
The room was absurdly expensive yet there was no room service, the beds were worn out and uncomfortable, and the overall experience was sub par. It would have been reasonable if less expensive but at the rate we were charged unacceptable
-
It was relatively close to the Oshkosh AirShow. There was ample parking. Dispute having the A/C run full time, the room always felt very humid and towels never seemed to dry.

The staff was wonderful.
