Nice and clean and comfortable.

The highway noise. But that is not the owners fault.

The location is nice and convenient and that you have your own entrance to room. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It smelt musty and the AC unit needs cleaning or updated Bec made the small worse. the refrigerator/freezer just froze everything.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the shower was hot. We felt the staff member we talked with in the office was very helpful and pleasant. We were in the area for college graduation and usually stay in Oshkosh in one of the well known motel chains but the price gouging on the weekend put the price for rooms that we would normally stay in for $129.00 or less per night were quoted at over $400.00. This older motel down the road in Neenah (only 16 min. away) was just $80.00 tax included. Was it older? Yes, but the cleanliness and comfort was very much appreciated. We will stay here again in the future. A coffee maker in the room would have been appreciated as well as room darkening drapes. That would not stop us from staying there in the future.

Host was friendly and helpful. Very quiet in the area and plenty of eateries nearby.

NO breakfast and no coffee. :( No coffee. The motel is clean but the bathroom needs updating. I would recommend that anyone staying here who wants coffee to bring their own coffee pot or pour over and hot water kettle. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. The fridge's freezer needs defrosting as it was iced over.

Parking lot lights are very bright and room curtains are thin. It was like keeping a lamp on in the room and trying to fall asleep. Need light blocking shades.

Was exactly what I paid money for, quick check in and check out, quite neighborhood, and the shower was nice and hot. The room smelt a little musty.

outside corridors, great, helpful, accommodating staff, provided ramps to office and those designated handicapped rooms, well manicured grounds with benches, bbq grills and plenty of free parking. Handicapped rooms had wheelchair facilities and walk-in showers. Very clean. Very reasonably priced. On interstate, but rooms fairly quiet. Close to food, gas and shopping. Bed was like a brick to sleep on. Very unpleasant. Inconsistent housekeeping for longer stays. Bar next door occasionally loud. More handicapped parking spaces would be appreciated. Refridgerator could have had colder settings.

Location was easy access. Beds were dirty with hair and dirt. Received what i assume were bug bites as I had a bunch of bumps and bites in the morning. I didnt SEE any bedbugs but yuck. AWFUL smell as you enter the room. Dingy and wet. Outdated and unclean bathroom. Had to sanitize before using.

Very outdated but that was expected by the photos. Did have that motel older smell but didn't bother me. My husband has a sensitive nose and didn't like it.
