Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast spread. Just a little glitch with the WiFi connection but we got it working. Marie was very helpful.

And when I asked why it’s not ready , her response was did you book through a 3rd party? I said Expedia and she said oh!! Okay . Not sure what she meant by that

Location. Breakfast, cleanliness and price (too expensive for what it is).

The check out was not customer driven as the lady at the counter never asked if I was paying with card on file or some other means. My roommate was going to pay half but as soon as I said checking out my room she didn’t ask what I stated earlier and just charged my card. She also gave me the “to bad” attitude. Also trash outside the front door was overflowing the trash cans. People were leaving their trash beside the cans. NOT GOING BACK.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, a great breakfast and we enjoyed the space to relax in off the lobby.

The keys never worked for the entire duration of our stay and the staff was not apologetic at all. The breakfast was great.
