Was closed (it looked almost black). The acoustics are horrendous. Our room Was near the stairwell so you heard the door open and close all night long and very early in the morning. Our air conditioner did not work until we were packed up ready to leave, then kicked on. We were planning on staying 2 nights but left after one.

Outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of each Staff Member I came in contact with. Room was clean and comfortable. Could use a little better water pressure in shower, but that's an observation, not a complaint. ;0) Everything was clean and I felt safe, both of those being my top priorities.

Damp humid room. Broken desk lamp. Room change limited to nearby room in subterranean 1st floor.Dysfunctional ancient a/c. Old bathroom fixtures. The room was a two night dump and for $414 dollars I expected more. Not going to patronize this company in future.

We walked in, no elevator. We arrived a bit later in the day and called to inform the front desk. On that call, there was an opportunity to advise us (acting as if upon arrival we can cancel). Really... Should have been told on the phone earlier, nor was this on the website. Also, the website advertises Keurig's in the room; however, if not one in the room, website suggests reaching out to request. Upon arrival, we were told neither was accurate. My room's phone did not work. We were told the elevator would be working the next day - inaccurate... Lastly, at breakfast, no bacon, and the OJ was more like water. Extremely dissatisfied.

Staff was friendly, rooms clean, breakfast was fine. The bottom of pool is painted a dark color which should be repainted. My grand daughter was afraid to go in, since she couldn't see bottom of pool. Not too far from beach. Otherwise, nice stay.
