Motel 6 Tinton Falls, NJ – Neptune

Sheets had holes in them and looked dirty, had to buy new clean sheets to place over it. The room had a strong odor, lights were dim as hell, bought and installed my own. Door looked like it had been kicked in after a police drug bust. On the bright side the A/C was operational during a heat wave.

The toilet didn't want to go down and the sink went up the black water Asia above the sheets were burned with cigarettes or other things.

Good location. I have noticed that a group of people from a certain nation, like to buy motels but they do not keep the properties up to standard. Every motel near Asbury! Shitty room, no electric plugs, just not kept up.

J'ai été victime d'une arnaque par ce motel, j'ai fait la réservation du 4 juin au 8 juin 2026, mais je suis arrivée à l'hôtel le 5 juin environ 1 heure du matin, à mon arrivée à la réception pour m'enregistrer, la réceptionniste m'a dit que je dois faire un dépôt qu'on devrait me le rembourser à mon départ après avoir fait la vérification, j'ai dit ok pas de problème et je lui ai dit si ce serait possible de le faire avec du cash, elle m'a dit oui et me demander c'était à quelle heure mon départ, je lui ai dit que c'était à 5 heures du matin. Elle m'a dit ok mais il n'y aura personne à cette heure pour me rendre mon argent donc je dois faire le dépôt par carte de crédit et le remboursement sera déposé sur ma carte, j'ai dit ok c'est pas grave alors j'ai fait le dépôt. Je suis parti de l'hôtel le 8 juin à 5 heures du matin comme je l'avais dit à la réception, mais depuis ça ne me revient pas à la tête de vérifier si je me fais rembourser mon argent et aujourd'hui j'ai jeté un coup d'œil sur ma carte de crédit j'ai remarqué qu'ils m'ont retiré deux fois le montant du dépôt les 5 et 8 juin. Je ne recommande certainement pas ce motel. Par contre, la climatisation fonctionne bien , salle de bain propre sauf qu'après la douche l'eau partait lentement, beaucoup de stationnement, mais la télé ne s'allumait pas. J'ai pas appelé parce qu'on ne passait pas la journée à l'hôtel, on avait passé la journée chez ma belle-sœur, on est rentrés seulement pour prendre une douche et dormir.

Rooms were still not ready 2h after the actual check-in time. Towels were stained and gross. Found hairs in the shower. And worst of all BUGS were in the shower!!

The price for being relatively close to the beach. When I reserved on Booking.com, there were two options: one with regular check-in (3pm or after) and another that was about $30 more but had a bullet-point listed for early check-in (11am or after). I booked the early check-in at the higher rate. I arrived right before noon on check-in day and the girl at the desk did not seem to believe that Booking.com offered an option with early check-in. She stated that I should have called and charged me an additional $20 (cash) for early check-in.

Clean room, quick space, good a/c, comfy bed. All I could ask for.

I guess you get what you paid for. The room we were given had a leaking ceilin. when I told the front desk they were able to switch our room. Property and room overall was not clean and very outdated. Cracks in walls, stains, cigarette burns on sheets, unclean floors.

Locations There is no any shampoo in the bathroom

Rooms super dated, old smell, cigarette butts in window seal. Need a remodel bad and maintained properly. If u crashing for the night and need something cheap (maybe) wouldn’t book again
