Great location with beautiful views. Breakfast was disappointing.

The room was clean, tidy, and everything was in good order. The shower had plenty of hot water with good water pressure, the mini fridge stayed nice and cold, and I found the beds to be comfortable. Even better, the hotel was quiet overnight, making for a good night's sleep. The complimentary hot and continental breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and there was plenty of seating in the breakfast area. Check-out was just as easy and efficient as check-in. Overall, I found BridgePointe Hotel & Marina to be a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay while visiting New Bern. Based on my experience, I would definitely stay here again.

First let me say the grounds are beautiful and staff are amazing. The price is good. This is a perfect place to stay in New Bern if you have no issues. I purchases a two day stay through Expedia. I needed to leave a day early. The Staff and Expedia said a manager was needed to refund my 1 unused day. Expedia and myself tried to speak with a manager for two day without a response. Needless to say. I was never refunded for the day as management does not respond to in person request, phone messages or emails.

This hotel was very clean, quiet and staff was very helpful and respectful! BEST stay we have ever had anywhere. There was even a party in the hotel in the main room, and we did not hear a PEEP! DEF will be back!!!

Basic hotel, great staff. helpful and friendly. breakfast isn't fancy but was hot fresh and worked just fine. We've stayed here several times and its always been excellent .
