The staff at this property did a fantastic job! The pool and river access were great! This is a renovated hotel and the upgrades are impressive. Beds were very comfortable. The showers are nice oddly designed and that’s my only critique. We had a very relaxing trip to the River

They gave me a cooler for the broken fridge and that solved the issue. The Tv not working gave me more sleep in the comfy bed. It’s a winner !

Enjoyed the shuttle to the river right outside our hotel door. View of the river was great. Yoga next to the river was a nice touch as well. Definitely stay here again.

Adorable hotel for the night, I wish we would have stayed a few more, but we will be back. Lots of activities, the whole pool set up and club house is such a fun vibe.

This is a beautiful property right on the Guadalupe River. The quaint rooms have been remodeled, and we loved the retro style. Our only issue was that we were there for four nights and our room was never serviced. We did find a cleaning lady and were able to change out our towels. The day before we left, we asked about having our room serviced and were informed that it was upon request only and even though it was late morning, it was too late to have it done that day we were told. That would have been fine if we had been made aware of that at check-in. The front desk staff was friendly when addressed, however, they are constantly standing around on their cell phones and do not greet customers or engage with customers unless addressed directly. The two maintenance guys that were on the property were super friendly and made sure to greet us and exchange pleasantries whenever passing by. The air-conditioning in the room worked well and the beds were super comfortable. Overall, our experience was good. I would just recommend training front desk, staff and implementing a cell phone usage policy in guest areas.

This was a very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly and had a solid breakfast taco in the morning.

Nice property, sauna needed to be cleaned out. Probably hasn’t been used in a while. Pool table and shuffle board weren’t level. So balls and pucks went wherever the lean was.

The location was great, the property was clean, the rooms have been updated and the pool was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was amazing and very accommodating especially after a super late check in due to a mishap at the river.

Highly recommend! This is my new favorite place. It is clean, safe, relaxing with amazing rooms, great amenities, and on the Guadalupe river. Great clubhouse with a bar, space to chill that overlooks the pool. I love the hip. The partnership with Paddle Texas makes it super convenient to float the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers. It is a great place for families, friends, and events.
